The gods’ expressions tensed; they knew Tota Heavenly King Li Jing was referring to Tathagata.
"Is Li Heavenly King suggesting that Tathagata deliberately released King Wukong the King of Demons, allowing Sun Wukong to spread faith on his behalf?"
"But wasn’t it agreed that after the five-hundred-year term was up, Tathagata would select soone for a journey to Xitian to retrieve the scriptures?"
"That ti has not yet arrived!"
The Immortal Gods were sowhat perplexed.
Nezha, with his fiery temper, stated bluntly, "Hmph, isn’t that simple enough to understand? Clearly, Tathagata can’t wait any longer!"
Taibai Jinxing questioned, "But if Tathagata is preaching, why use the na of the God of Hongng?"
The Barefoot Immortal interjected, "I believe it’s rely obfuscation. Isn’t that just Tathagata’s way? Turning the Great Tathagata Sutra into ’Three Hundred Children’s Songs’ and their Buddhist scriptures into the ’ditation thod’—it’s hardly surprising!"

Witnessing their reaction, the Jade Emperor sighed inwardly before changing the subject: "Are any of you aware of what is so profound about that ’ditation thod,’ and why it is capable of spreading with such rapidity?"
Each Immortal God possessed nurous believers and understood that propagating faith was no easy task; the efforts of Tathagata in the West to spread his teachings were similarly arduous.
Yet, this "ditation thod" was spreading with unprecedented ferocity. Wherever it reached, it was like an autumn wind sweeping away fallen leaves, as countless believers converted en masse. This deeply perplexed him.
