As soon as these words were spoken, Austin imdiately picked a disciple and ran to find the Sect
Leader.
Chris, covered in sweat from Lady Gill’s glare,
nervously chuckled, “Lady Gill, we can talk things out. There’s no need to be too angry… Right,
where’s Mr. Gill?”
Lady Gill sneered, “He’s too shy and too embarrassed to argue with you folks. He didn’t co today; I
told him to stay at ho!”
Then, with a wave of her hand, Lady Gill had soone bring her a chair imdiately, and she sat
down, “Today, I’ll wait here to see exactly how the Freeman Sect plans to explain themselves to !”
Chris was speechless.
He stepped forward to exchange pleasantries with Lady Gill.
Keira watched from the side, furrowing her brows.

Keira turned to Jas and whispered, “Does Lady Gill hold a high position within the Gill family?”

Feeling a sense of lant, Keira recognized that Lady Gill was clearly a formidable woman.

She cast her gaze downward
Jas then whispered, “I’ve heard that when Lady Gill was young, she liked Uncle Olsen, so maybe
we should call Uncle Olsen right now? How about a ‘beauty trap’

Keira couldn’t believe it.
“Does your Uncle Olsen know you’re asking for a

Kate nodded. “Yes, yes, that sounds good!”
Keira thought, “They really are a perfect match.”
Looking away disdainfully, she asked again, “According to the sect rules, how would this matter be

with?”
Jas replied, “The sect rules dictate that your martial arts cultivation be abolished and you be
banished from Freeman Sect.”
Upon hearing this, Keira frowned.
Just as she was about to ntion that she hadn’t learned her martial arts at Freeman Sect, she
suddenly rembered that she was now taking the place of her sister Keera, an Outer Sect Disciple of
Freeman Sect, who did practice the sect’s martial arts.
She didn’t want Chris to be implicated, nor did she want the reputation of the Freeman Sect to be
tarnished because of her.
While pondering, Jas whispered again, “But don’t worry, we’re all from the five major families. You’re
the daughter Uncle Olsen recently acknowledged. Lady
Gill wouldn’t dare treat you so harshly. The Freeman Sect will have to think twice before they punish
you, weighing your importance within the Olsen family!” Jas’s voice was resolute. “At worst, you’ll
leave Freeman Sect, right? If you want to leave unscathed, our family has many ways to ensure it. I’d
like to see who dares touch a hair on your head!”
Keira didn’t know what to say.
But she couldn’t retreat!
She had to be accepted into the Inner Sect in order to establish a personal and cooperative relationship

As she laid eyes on Keira’s face, a slight frown creased her brow. After a long pause, she suddenly
asked, “Is your mother Jodie South?”
Keira didn’t deny it.
Lady Gill then sneered. “No wonder you dared to hit my son; you’re the daughter of that cheap woman!
Back then, she ssed with Jas, so why didn’t she just be with him? Instead, she vanished into thin
air, leaving Jas unmarried all these years! Unexpectedly, she secretly hid herself away and gave
birth to you!”
From Lady Gill’s words, Keira detected a hint of resentnt toward her mother.
Was it because she liked Jas, so she was taking it out on her mother?
As she pondered, Lady Gill suddenly said, “Since you’re his daughter, I’ll show you so
consideration. How about this, kneel to my son, and we can call it even!”
These words made Keira frown.
Jas also stepped forward at once. “Lady Gill, don’t

The voice arrived before the person even entered the yard.
