The spell is currently useless to ; if I used it, in which case I'd have to use my familiar's mana, I'd cause more damage to the planet than necessary. Will it be useful in the future? Maybe, will it now? No.
Leaving aside the spell for now, I decided to take the two item boxes I had never seen before. The normal ones were simple cubes of pure white; no energy ca from them, and they felt like an error in the dinsion. The ones in my hands gave off an even stronger feeling of absence and error.
Both of them are shaped like a cube, just like the normal one, but the upgraded one is colored green, and the Superior one is colored Purple.
As soon as my hand touched them, the gacha decided to love and reward .

I stopped myself from using the herb and from going inside the shop for now. My presence is needed at the mont, as the effect of my blood mana seeping from my body is healing everyone on the island and serving as a deterrent against possible "angry" people whom I had saved.

Jokes aside, the rewards for this quest had been crazy. Items aside, the skill upgrade makes the smartest person in the world when it cos to biology, and the perk will make my physical training much faster than ever before. Maybe they will now be able to reach my Int and Wis.
All in all, the rewards had been great.
Done with all the notifications, I descend from the sky I had been seated on until that mont and look around.
I saw several mutants all helping each other, bandaging wounds, holding people crying from happiness, and dealing with the few who decided to show their anger at being saved after so long.
But no one seed to need my help.
" You can go rest," Rogue told she had approached while I descended.
" With you?"
She shook her head.
" I have to help here."
" Guess I will give all my love to Mary then."
" Send the pictures, the girls here love them."
" Sure."
With a last look in the eyes and a last kiss, I finally disappeared from the island, my presence gone, but my mark in the world still present.
