Chapter 36 - Is She into ? Can’t Tell.

Ah, this was a cliché. I cringed so hard that I almost buried my face in Lenitia’s disheveled blond hair from secondhand embarrassnt.

"Lia."

It wasn’t who signaled Lia. It was Lenitia.

Lia jumped off the horse and pulled a halberd from the saddle sheath. Her body glowed green as she transford into a grim reaper, activating her musou energy.

She vanished, reappearing in front of the Avaritia patrol captain. Swinging the halberd horizontally, she cleaved the n in half. Five half-bodies flew, and red liquid stained the transparent river.

Lia turned around and looked at us. Her face was still red, but her knitted eyebrows and eyes seed pissed.

"Your Highness, please go ahead. I have sothing to deal with here."

I pursed my lips but maintained eye contact with Lia.

In the ga, Lia’s second stage involved skirmish combat against a dozen level 3 knights and a thousand soldiers solo. However, the ga didn’t just throw a horde of enemies at her. The mission required her to fight more like an assassin, not just mindlessly hack and slash through battles. It was also possible to complete the mission without killing a single enemy general.

But here was the problem. Her skirmish stage was located elsewhere. This bridge was not a combat stage for Lia but for Lenitia. In the scenario, Lenitia escaped Zoli’s grasp but fought her way through the encirclent, which involved this river and this bridge. And because this was Lenitia’s battle stage, every droppable item was tailored for her.

Because of my involvent and the butterfly effect, the combat roster for this stage was wrong. There might be mishaps if I let Lia fight alone.

I jumped off the horse and took a sword with .

"Nah, we fight here together."

Lia raised an eyebrow. "You’re too weak for this. Go with the princess. I’ll catch up with you later."

I revealed the intel of this stage.

"If Cash Fraus is here, one of Avaritia’s great generals, Slavus Cupiditas, should be here. You can’t defeat him by yourself."

"Another great general?!"

"He’s not as strong as that monster Zoli, but Slavus is still a level 5 earth musou knight. We can’t challenge him head-on."

In the story, Slavus belonged to Choi Fraus’s faction. When he encountered Lenitia, he was confused why the supposed-to-be 17th concubine of his master was fleeing through the checkpoint. But when he learned Zoli betrayed his master to claim Lenitia as his own, he was enraged and let her pass through the checkpoint while he mobilized his army to confront Zoli. Then, the infighting broke out, halting Choi Fraus’s ambition for a while.

Thus, this fight was wrong. I couldn’t let Lia fight Slavus.

"Princess, do you have anything that can identify your identity?"

Lenitia paused, surprised by my request. She searched her pockets and showed a gold locket. It had a drawn portrait of her father inside.

"T-This. I’ve been using this as my identity token. My father gave this on my 20th birthday."

"Toss it here."

"..."

Lenitia reluctantly tossed the locket. I opened it and checked the portrait.

Yup, that was the king of Constantia, Lenitia’s father.

I dropped the locket near one of the corpses while I explained to the girls.

"Slavus is a faithful retainer of Choi Fraus. He doesn’t know that Zoli attacked you. If we leave behind a hint that Zoli has betrayed the master, they will start fighting each other."

"Oh?"

Lia’s complexion returned to normal. Lenitia also dropped her jaw.

"Instead of risking our lives to fight them, let them kill each other."

Lia smiled and nodded. Lenitia also let out a sigh and nodded.

That’s right. Worship , you canine won.

"Let’s go." I suggested.

"Sure."

We got back on the pony and put the weapons back in their sheaths. Our journey south continued.

.

Before nightfall, we set up a small campfire and rested the horse. Lenitia got a free pass from nightwatch duty while Lia and I took turns keeping watch.

When the sky turned dark, Lenitia quickly fell asleep while I ward a few pieces of bacon for late-night snacks.

I had to admit. Traveling on horseback put a strain on my thighs and butt. While I sat still and gazed into the fire, I kept massaging my legs. I thought I tore my butthole.

"Want to massage your legs?"

Lia returned from collecting more firewood. She put small branches into the fire and sat next to . Her rough palm stroked my thigh.

Woman, mind your hands.

I grabbed her hand and moved it away, but she leaned closer to my face. Our lips touched. She opened her mouth and licked my lips.

She whispered.

"Last ti, it was an obligation or a transaction. This ti it’s voluntary. You win."

What the hell was she talking about?

Whatever the case, no horni, woman! My hips, legs, and butt were deader than dead. I had no strength for this.

I confessed.

"I don’t have the strength for this. I am exhausted. Let rest."

"Let take care of that."

She pushed to the ground and started massaging my legs.

First leg.

Second leg.

And third leg?

Was she really into ? I couldn’t tell.

Anyway, I bonked her.

"NO HORNIE!"

Lia pouted, but she never stopped massaging , especially my third leg.

This was getting out of hand.

She was probably taking for a fool, a pushover, a beta male, a eunuch, or soone with ED. Don’t underestimate a gentleman’s tolerance, dammit!

She needed correction!

I flipped her over and pinned her to the ground.

It was the ti to show her how a forr supre general tad a wild mare!

.

The next dawn, I woke up fresh. My body was strangely lighter, but my hips, thighs, calves, back were so sore. My musou bar was empty.

Don’t ask why.

Lying next to was a silicone bodyguard woman, all sweaty and greased up.

After putting my clothes on, I kindled the campfire and prepared breakfast. Lia woke up a few minutes afterward. She greeted with a hug from behind and a kiss on my cheek.

"Morning, Supre General. Your mare seeks another morning battle."

I maintained my focus on the fire and the food so the hams wouldn’t burn.

"Stop. I already don’t have enough strength for today’s journey."

"Aw, I still wanted more of your warmth inside . Fire musou felt nice."

This was why I hated sticking it in a stranger. I knew it always ca with consequences. Now, I had a silicone masseuse who wanted to be massaged 24/7.

Without looking back, I warned her. "Behave."

Lia kissed my cheek, slapped my butt, and walked away.

I rolled my eyes. While staring at a distance, my gaze fell on Lenitia, who was sitting up and looking at us while half-asleep. She froze for a minute. Then, her face turned as red as tomatoes.

Had she heard us? Or rather, had she seen everything?
