In several areas targeted by the Tang Army, obvious bulges can now be seen, while the first line of defense on the Allied Forces’ side is now a shadow of its forr self, with only so remote areas yet to be overrun by the Tang Army.

At the edge of the map, two oddly shaped aircraft markings stand out conspicuously. They’re like two falcons from hell, circling above the battlefield, rcilessly using their sharp talons to harvest the lives of the Allied Forces.

"Marshal, latest news, the Tang Army’s Thunderbolt attack aircraft have been deployed again..." The officer who had just pushed the door open to report was slightly trembling, with an undeniable hint of fear.

The na of this thing was first heard from the Tang Army’s broadcast; legends about Thunderbolts are abundant within the Allied Forces. It is practically the nightmare of ground forces, a terrifying monster that haunts the soldiers of the Allied Forces.

This unit is the Tang Army’s most frequently deployed attack aircraft for ground support, even though more precision-guided weapons are delivered by the Intruder attack aircraft. However, when the Intruder attack aircraft drops bombs, they’re usually in a state far from the target, unable to create a visual impact on the enemy’s ground forces.

The Thunderbolt can directly intimidate opponents, tear into the enemy at close range, which is also a key reason why the Lighthouse Country is reluctant to retire such planes. Sotis, a precise weapon is not as intimidating as a chainsaw.

This is why nuclear submarine ballistic missiles often lack the deterrence of strategic bombers: if you don’t let your enemy have a glimpse, they won’t actually believe you have knives.

To the Allied Forces, Thunderbolt attack aircraft fly exceedingly fast with fierce firepower, and the Allied Forces have no air defense weapons to counter them. Unlike the Tang Empire, they don’t have air defense missiles nor fully automated self-propelled anti-aircraft guns.

Thus, every appearance of Thunderbolt attack aircraft ans a bloody massacre awaits the Allied Forces. General Felix surely knows the terror of Thunderbolts; many troops are decimated in combat power within half an hour when encountering rely two Thunderbolts.

General Felix’s face looked as ominous and dreadful as a storm cloud before the tempest. He knew what this ant: the deploynt of Thunderbolts is yet another unilateral slaughter.

The Allied Forces have no ans to counter the damned air force of the Tang Army; as soon as those nurous models of planes appear, countless soldiers beco re casualty numbers, shown in the reports before him.

"Damned Tang people, why do they have so many damned weapons?" General Felix cursed through gritted teeth, slamming his fist on the table, causing the map symbols to jump up.

As he spoke these words, he suddenly rembered a previous staff officer’s complaint about the Tang people: "Do those guys think about how to kill more efficiently even when asleep?"

At the ti, he hadn’t paid attention to those words, but now it seed like these brutal Tang people might actually be designing killing weapons during their sleeping hours...

"Calm down, Marshal. What should we do now?" The officer delivering the news asked tremblingly, knowing very well that angering General Felix at such a ti is definitely not a wise choice.

"What can be done? What else can be done?! Order the troops to hide themselves as best they can and pray that those damned Tang pilots are blind today and won’t see them!" General Felix agitatedly waved his arms as if he would vent all his inner fury.

"Yes!" The officer dared not say anything more and quickly turned to convey the orders. As he pushed the door open, he happened upon Felix’s returning adjutant. The two exchanged helpless nods as a greeting before the officer hurriedly left and the adjutant returned to the room.

"Marshal! The orders have been conveyed. The Laines sides pledged to hold the line till the last man." The adjutant brought back a piece of seemingly good news; at least the Laines Empire did not question Felix’s orders.

Felix actually knew deep down that the order he just issued for the troops to hide was aningless. Because the Thunderbolt attack aircraft are equipped with advanced reconnaissance equipnt, it’s extrely difficult to evade them even in dense forests.

Simply put, the Allied Forces are so extensive, with diverse troops numbering in the tens of thousands, making it implausible for Thunderbolt attack aircraft to attack them all. They can only choose the easiest high-value targets to strike, leaving those less appetizing prey.

Therefore, concealnt holds so significance, at least so infantry can avoid disaster and won’t be shredded by that terrifying 30mm caliber cannon.

"Seems like they know retreating any further spells doom." Felix nodded, affirming the attitude of the Laines Empire. As long as the counterpart isn’t foolish, they understand that once relinquished a solid border defense, the battle becos unwinnable.

If they are pushed into the maneuver warfare state by the Tang Army, they’ll soon be overtaken, encircled, and exterminated in an instant... There’s no margin for luck.

"Marshal! Terrible news, Marshal!" Just as Felix breathed a sigh of relief, another officer barged in, reporting a frightful news: "Information from the frontline: two Thunderbolt attack aircraft have breached the defense line and are headed our way."

They lack air-guard radar, and any they have would be jamd by electromagnetic interference, so air defense mainly relies on guard posts. These observation posts inherently have ssage delays and often tend to miss enemy aircraft incursions due to negligence.

Now, the ssage has been delivered, which itself is quite a feat; casually calculating the ti, the enemy planes are probably not far from here.

"Damn it!" Felix cursed quietly. Although he had made many concealnt efforts, a headquarters in one direction inevitably leaves so clues revealing itself.

No choice but to accept; with so many vehicles in transit and nurous important units active daily, nobody can absolutely guarantee complete concealnt. Especially when hostilities escalate, frequent personnel movent can’t be forbidden.

So he had known this would happen, but when the Thunderbolt attack aircraft truly charged towards him, Felix couldn’t help but feel a wave of despair.

"Order all air-defense units to imdiately enter alert status! Don’t panic; let the personnel from various departnts withdraw orderly into shelters!" Though prepared, facing the situation still inevitably stirs chaos.

With orders given, so elven female officers clutching various important docunts began leaving their office buildings. Initially just a small town, it had been temporarily transford into headquarters. When the alarm began echoing, countless uniford personnel suddenly appeared on the streets.

"Quick! Quick!" The waiting officer waved to the soldiers carrying various equipnt, and those nervous officers flocked onto the trucks chaotically.

The vehicles started one after another, then began transferring to the shelters built outside the town. During the transfer, the Tang Army’s Thunderbolt attack aircraft had already arrived.

Amidst clamor, distant anti-aircraft guns started roaring angrily. Two Thunderbolt attack aircraft dodged those firepower, skillfully weaving through the barrage, and launched missiles towards this town.

In fact, the Tang Army was not sure this was the Allied Forces’ headquarters, rely knew there was a command center here. The two Thunderbolts were incredibly agile, calmly circling after launching missiles.

The missiles hit a building in the town, flipping over the waiting military vehicles around. Elven officers gathered around the vehicles, unable to escape in ti, lay on the ground, and concerning how many among them were injured or killed... nobody knew.

In the dim air-raid shelter, Felix felt the explosions vibrating above his head, his expression shifting. At such a mont, his headquarters being exposed was truly not good news for the entire battle.
