Neilara taught him patiently: "That is why, one must create their own codes of honor and dishonor. Good and Bad. What the scriptures say is good and bad is not your good and bad. Decide for yourself what matters to you."

Sett nodded.

If the world says sothing is bad, do not accept that at face value.

Be you.

Be your own scripture.

Be your own God.

If you are an evil God in the face of society, fine as well.

"So, why did you say all of this to the boy, Neilara?" Isra asked.

"Because I did not want him to lose himself in the fake pursuit of being honorable. At least, if he wants to maintain honor and dignity, he should do that by his own standards and not ones imposed by others."

"Oh…" Sett nodded, feeling a bit overwheld.

"Anyway, Sett," Neilara added. "Don't go destroying statues of gods if there is no benefit to doing that. Especially when there might be potential drawbacks."

Sett nodded, then looked at Isra and Nadia. "There is sothing to gain by destroying the statue, mom."

"What is there to gain for you?"

Back in the palace, Neilara frowned.

She had an advisor kneeling in front of her, using his Axiom to power long distance communication with Sett.

Sett took a deep breath.

"If I go destroy that statue, I can impress Grandma and Nadia. And to , that statue is nothing but a stone with a big story. If I destroy that stone, I'd probably get a kiss or two and maybe sothing more—and I don't feel like losing that chance."

If the creation of that statue was human-made, might as well make its destruction the sa.

Neilara's brows quirked up.

Isra laughed. "Yeah, go destroy that stone block and you can kiss all you want today."

Neilara clenched her fists. Mother… what are you thinking?

Nadia had the urge to laugh as well, but thinking about the impression she would leave behind for her mother-in-law, she held herself back. She knew when to be serious.

After a while, Neilara sighed. "Sett, you might be angering Gods—in fact, let warn you, if you destroy it, you don't have to co ho."

"Mom!" Sett exclaid with so irritation. "You care about a statue more than ?"

"What if that's the case?"

"Then wait…" he coughed. "Let go destroy it because of righteous fury,"

By then, the sun had already gone down the horizon.

Crack.

That was how Sett ended up destroying the statue of a God in his own family's ancestral grounds.

His mother cut the call in silent frustration.

And in return, Sett got what he was promised.

He gently pushed Isra down onto the soft sand dunes, his body looming over hers as the warmth of the desert night wrapped around them. He claid her lips without hesitation, and she welcod him, parting for him with a quiet sigh.

His fingers traced the curve of her waist, feeling the rise and fall of her breath as she arched slightly beneath him. Her scent—sothing sweet, deep, and intoxicating—filled his lungs, making his head spin.

His grandmother had never been this proactive before.

Their breaths mingled, and when they finally parted, she gazed at him with half-lidded golden eyes, her lips still glistening.

"Had enough?" she murmured, her voice light, teasing.

Seductive.

He shivered.

His throat bobbed as he shook his head. "Not enough. So more."

She pressed a hand against his chest, nails grazing lightly.

He gulped.

She traced his chest with a lazy touch before trailing down, fingertips skimming his stomach, then his waistband. She traced the warm finger around his waistband.

"Hm, feels good?"

He could not answer.

She inserted her hand into his waistband.

"You always were greedy," she mused.

His breath hitched.

She pecked his lips, squeezed gently with her hand, and then took her hand back out.

He watched her with passion.

"Not yet, boy. Don't forget our promise—you have to beat an A-rank Tomb by yourself."

She moved aside and got rid of the sand on her body.

Sett just laid on the sand, full of emotions.

Nadia kicked him from the side.

"Sorry Nadia, I am just lost for now…"

"You never beco this lost when I do that!"

"… you should try again."

Isra did not wait for them, and laughing, left the area.

Sett sighed. Was it worth it to destroy a statue for this?

Yeah damn it was.

Was his grandmother's hand always that warm?

She should have kept it there a bit longer.

He exhaled sharply, dragging his hands down his face as if that could erase the lingering heat in his body.

Then, his gaze flicked to Nadia.

Under the desert moonlight, she was a vision of wild, untad beauty. Her fla-red hair cascaded over her shoulders like molten fire, strands sticking to her flushed skin. Those crimson eyes burned with unspoken challenge, her full lips pursed in irritation, making her look even more devastatingly beautiful.

What a hot woman. Is she really my wife?

"Don't even dream of it," she said, crossing her arms, which only served to push her breasts higher. "I'm heartbroken over here, in case you forgot. Having to play third wheel with my own husband—"

Sett didn't let her finish.

He tackled her onto the warm sand, his body pressing her down as a startled gasp escaped her lips.

"Sett, you—!" She thrashed, her crimson eyes flashing, but he caught her wrists, pinning them beside her head.

A wicked grin stretched across his face.

She kicked at him, twisting beneath him. "Fucker, not this rough—"

He silenced her with a bite at her collarbone, drawing a sharp inhale.

"Wait—"

A rip, followed by a scandalized gasp.

"Don't tear my clot—"

"My precious panties–"

A delicate garnt sailed through the warm desert air, twisting and fluttering like a fallen petal caught in the breeze.

"Annngh~!"

Sett made love with her that entire night under the desert sky.

Nadia quite liked how rough it was.
