In an open field under a starry night sky, Bardock was diligently teaching Jiang Chen and Raditz.

"The Power Ball technique, also known as the Artificial Moon Technique, is unique to us Saiyans. It allows us to create a moon-like light source that emits Blutz Waves, enabling us to transform into Great Apes even when there's no real moon. However, this artificial moon can only last for 30 minutes," Bardock explained in a serious tone.

"Aspara, Raditz, pay attention. The first step is to gather energy and concentrate it into a ball."

Bardock's explanation was clear and thodical. Jiang Chen listened intently, hanging on every word.

As Bardock continued, Jiang Chen's eyes lit up with understanding. The technique for creating a Power Ball was simpler than he had imagined.

The real challenge lay in controlling the energy precisely— sothing Jiang Chen had honed over the past three years. While he hadn't yet reached the level of Earth's martial arts masters, his energy control was already superior to any Saiyan on Planet Vegeta.

As soon as Bardock finished speaking, Jiang Chen began gathering his energy.

Monts later, a glowing ball of light appeared in his hand. It was still sowhat unstable, but unmistakably an energy sphere.

Seeing this, Raditz's eyes widened in shock. He had been struggling to even sense his energy, let alone manipulate it, yet Jiang Chen had already managed to create a sphere.

"Aspara, your ability to learn is truly remarkable," Bardock praised, a hint of admiration in his voice. "It took half a day to get this far."

"Hmph, what's the use of learning quickly? You're still just a low-class warrior," Raditz muttered under his breath, jealousy seeping through.

"Raditz!" Bardock's tone turned stern as he looked at his son.

"But Dad, I'm not wrong. A low-class warrior is still a low-class warrior," Raditz insisted, though his voice wavered slightly.

"Who told you that low-class warriors are inherently weak?" Bardock's voice was cold and firm. "Your Uncle Toma and Uncle Toteppo are both low-class warriors, yet their battle power is close to 4,000. Even when you reach adulthood, your battle power might not surpass 4,000."

"They're exceptions," Raditz retorted, his voice quieter now.

"What makes them different?" Bardock asked sharply. "And don't think for a mont that Aspara is any weaker than you."

He turned to Jiang Chen. "Aspara, remove your gravity restraints."

"Understood," Jiang Chen replied with a smile, glancing at Raditz before nodding. He didn't hesitate; perhaps it was ti to humble Raditz a little.

After all, despite being born an elite warrior, Raditz's battle power had barely exceeded 1,000 even decades later. While he might have reached around 3,000 upon reaching full adulthood, this was still at the bottom rung for elite warriors.

In contrast, so mid-level or even low-class warriors, with a stroke of luck and rigorous training, could surpass that number.

On Planet Vegeta, battle power classifications were as follows:

Low-Class Warriors: 100–500 battle power.

Mid-Class Warriors: 500–3,000 battle power.

Elite Warriors: 3,000–5,000 battle power (with a few exceptions reaching 7,000–8,000).

Given Raditz's performance in Dragon Ball Z, he was undoubtedly at the bottom of the elite warrior tier— a glaring anomaly. One reason was likely his lack of battle experience. The other was his excessive reliance on his elite status, born into a low-class warrior family but labeled an elite warrior.

Shaking his head with a wry smile, Jiang Chen deactivated his gravity restraints.

Instantly, his aura began to surge.

"Now, check Aspara's battle power," Bardock said, his tone slightly exasperated.

"How much could it be? He's just a low-class warrior," Raditz grumbled, still unwilling to concede. Yet, he didn't hesitate to activate his scouter.

"Beep, beep, beep..."

"Beep, beep!"

The scouter's display numbers began to climb rapidly.

"Fifty… seventy… a hundred!"

"Huh? A hundred? That's pretty high."

Raditz was surprised.

But in the next mont, his surprise turned to shock as his pupils constricted dramatically.

"One hundred fifty… one hundred seventy… two hundred!"

"Impossible! How could he have 200 battle power?"

However, what ca next left Raditz even more stunned. The scouter didn't stop at 200; it kept climbing until it settled at 220.

"Two hundred twenty?! This can't be real. The scouter must be broken!" Raditz exclaid, his eyes wide as he stared at Jiang Chen in disbelief. He fumbled to remove his scouter, almost in panic.

"Here!"

Bardock remained calm, tossing another scouter to Raditz.

Raditz hurriedly caught it, his movents clumsy as he quickly replaced the device.

"Beep, beep!"

"Two hundred twenty."

The sa number appeared again. The sa result. Raditz was utterly shaken now, unable to maintain his composure.

He removed the scouter once more and tested it on himself to confirm its accuracy.

"Beep, beep!"

"Two hundred ten."

Gulp.

The familiar figure of his own battle power popped up, making Raditz swallow hard.

"Now do you understand?"

Bardock's stern voice broke the silence.

"Aspara's battle power was only 5 at birth, and he's two years younger than you. Yet, his battle power has already reached 220. anwhile, you were born with a battle power of over 170, and now you're only at 210. Are you still sure you'll surpass Aspara in the future?"

Bardock's words carried a sharp edge as he glared at his son.

He had long wanted to teach Raditz a lesson, but the opportunity had never presented itself— until now.

Jiang Chen simply smiled without comnting. He understood Bardock's intentions and didn't mind going along with them. After all, Bardock's family had been kind to him during his ti here. Helping out a little was the least he could do.

"This… this!"

Raditz stared at Jiang Chen, his mind a storm of disbelief and shock, unable to calm down.

"You think being an elite warrior makes you strong?"

"Every year, elite warriors are sent to conquer planets. Do you know how many of them die in those missions?"

"Don't think for a second that having a battle power of 3000— let alone 200— makes you invincible. Do you have any idea how strong high-level planets can be?"

Bardock's words continued to pierce through Raditz's arrogance, causing him to lower his head. The pride he had once clung to was crumbling.

Raditz had always dismissed his father, Bardock, as a special case and disregarded the accomplishnts of his father's teammates. But now, faced with the reality of Aspara's superior strength despite being younger, his confidence was utterly shattered.

"I understand, Father," Raditz murmured, his voice barely audible. "I was wrong."

"Good. Now that you know, you won't be joining the Vegeta Squad for the ti being. I'll request a one-year leave for you from King Vegeta. During this ti, you'll train with Aspara. And rember—you're to listen to him."

Bardock's voice carried a cold authority that left no room for argunt.

"Yes, sir!"

Raditz opened his mouth as if to protest, but in the end, he lowered his head and obediently agreed.
