Kasumigaoka Utaha's sudden declaration nearly made Ryuu choke on air.
He stared at her for a mont, speechless.
Utaha, naturally, didn't let his reaction slip past her.
With a subtle smirk, she lowered her head—her long black hair cascading down like a silky waterfall.
"Don't even try to argue, Ryuu-kun~"
Her voice was smooth, teasing, and just a bit sharp.
"It looks like a harem is exactly what you wanted all along."
Ryuu exhaled, finally regaining his composure.
"Well, I am a perfectly normal guy."
He said it bluntly, without an ounce of sha.
"And besides… reviving a family isn't just about continuing the bloodline—especially in the world of Jujutsu."
Utaha clicked her tongue.
"Tsk… Sorcerers really do have annoying traditions."
She sighed, shaking her legs absentmindedly.
Then, with narrowed eyes, she leaned in slightly.
"So, Ryuu-kun… how many girls in this school are you aiming for?"
"Or rather…"
Her fingers traced slow, lazy circles on his arm.
"How many do you want?"
Ryuu, of course, knew the best answer wasn't honesty.
If he said "as many as possible," Utaha might actually kill him.
So, instead, he coughed lightly.
"I haven't… thought that far ahead."
Utaha raised a brow.
"...Liar."
Still, her expression softened.
Especially when she rembered this morning's display.
With how publicly she had declared their relationship, surely that would slow down his plans.
Not every girl could accept such an arrangent.
If anything—she held the advantage.
No matter who else ca into the picture, she would always be first.
That realization made her relax.
Her fingers tightened slightly around his wrist—
Then, she bit him.
Hard enough to leave a mark.
Ryuu flinched.
"Oi—"
"This is your punishnt, Ryuu-kun."
Utaha smirked, licking her lips.
"But don't worry~"
She stood up, brushing down her skirt.
"I'll save the real punishnt for the weekend."
"Make sure you co prepared."
With those parting words, she turned and left the rooftop.
Ryuu watched her disappear down the stairs, then rubbed his arm.
"...Punishnt, huh?"
He smirked.
"Why does it feel more like a reward?"
---
The afternoon passed quickly.
As soon as the final bell rang, the teacher left—
And the classroom erupted into conversation.
Ryuu stretched lazily, pretending he had been paying attention all along.
Then, he took out his phone and shot Utaha a ssage.
[Still mad?]
Her reply was instant.
[I'm already ho!]
[🔪😡]
Ryuu chuckled.
It seed she was still sulking.
At that mont, a familiar voice called out from the front of the classroom.
"Yo, Natsukawa! Want to hit up karaoke with the Hayama group?"
Tobe grinned, clearly hoping to drag him along.
Ryuu waved a hand dismissively.
"Nah. Proud hocoming club mber."
Tobe rolled his eyes.
"Alright, alright. See you tomorrow."
As his classmates left, Ryuu was about to head out himself—
Until another voice cut in.
"Hey."
The tone was cold.
"Do you want to stop by and sing karaoke?"
Ryuu turned, eting Miura Yuko's gaze.
Golden curls, piercing eyes—expression unreadable.
"Oh?"
He raised a brow.
"I thought you weren't talking to , Yuko."
Yuko knew exactly what he ant.
Since lunch, she had barely spoken to him.
She crossed her arms.
"You dumped a lot of information on today."
Her fingers tightened around her phone.
"I needed ti to process it."
Truthfully, she hadn't been ignoring him on purpose.
She had just been…
Overthinking.
Every ti she glanced at him, she saw him ssaging soone.
There was no need to ask who.
Of course, it was Kasumigaoka Utaha.
The realization irked her.
Her pride as the "queen" was already wounded.
She had liked him first.
She had noticed him first.
And yet—sohow—she was now a step behind.
And Yuko Miura hated losing.
She exhaled sharply.
"So?"
Her tone dared him to refuse.
"Are you coming or not?"
Ryuu's smirk returned.
"Of course. I wouldn't turn down an invitation from you, Yuko."
Yuko huffed, then turned away.
"Good. Let's go."
---
As they left the classroom, Yuko casually waved at her two friends.
"Hina, Yui—I'm heading ho early today."
Yuigahama blinked.
"Huh? You're not going out?"
Usually, their group went out together after school.
Yuko shrugged.
"Not today."
Ebina Himina and Yuigahama exchanged knowing glances.
"Alright~"
Himina grinned.
"We'll leave you to it."
Yuko ignored the implication and kept walking.
Ryuu followed after her.
Once they were outside, he tilted his head.
"So… which karaoke place are we going to?"
Yuko glanced at him.
"We're not."
Ryuu blinked.
"Then where—"
"My house."
"...Hah?"
Yuko's expression didn't change.
"You're a Jujutsu Sorcerer, right?"
She tossed her hair back, speaking casually.
"I just want you to… check sothing for ."
Ryuu studied her for a mont.
Then, he smiled.
"Alright. I haven't been to your house before."
Yuko scoffed.
"It's not that easy for a guy to just walk into a girl's house."
She paused, then added—
"You're the first one, actually."
The second she said it, her face flushed slightly.
Before Ryuu could react, she quickly walked ahead.
"Let's go!"
Ryuu simply chuckled, following her lead.
But then—
"Wait! Natsukawa-san!"
An anxious voice called out from behind.
Ryuu turned—
And was genuinely surprised by who he saw.
Standing a few feet away was Yotsuya Miko.
A girl from Class 1-E.
A girl who rarely spoke—
A girl who had always avoided him until now.
Ryuu's eyes narrowed slightly.
What had changed?
Why was she suddenly calling out to him now?
Sothing about this felt—
Different.
