The King did not look at the Empress Dowager. Instead, he sat next to the Queen and took her hands, shaking his head and looking at her face. “Mother, Honored Princess, you can take a rest and leave for the court tomorrow. I am going to guard the Queen. That is the only thing I can do for her right now.”
He used to hear from the imperial doctor that the reason why the Queen was still not cured was mostly because she had a ntal issue. And he was the cause for the ntal issue. Therefore, he was going to keep the Queen company, and when she woke up he would speak with her so that she could be less burdened in her mind. Therefore, he was not going to leave.
Also, he had made good arrangents in the court, so he could stay in the town.
The Empress Dowager stopped walking and looked rather displeased at the sight of the
King.
They had made a deal to make use of Jiang Shuang, but now he beca emotional!
For one mont, the Empress Dowager felt helpless too.
Zhao Yiqiu took a step forward at the sight of the King. “Just go and take a break, the Queen needs silence. When she wakes up, she should be quiet. I can find soone to inform you when she wakes up, but she will not be able to have a good rest if you are around.”
The King threw a look at Zhao Yiqiu.
Zhao Yiqiu was still wearing a very expressionless look on his face.
That was what he hated Zhao Yiqiu most about. He could never figure out what he was thinking, but he was indeed a capable doctor.

As the King thought about this, he put down the Queen’s hands and placed them under her blanket, then he looked at Zhao Yiqiu. “Let’s all leave her here. Mr. Zhao, can you join ?”

He did not turn him down but nodded.
Now that the Empress Dowager and Honored Princess Jing are gone, so were the King and Zhao Yiqiu.
Gu Chaoyan and Zhou Huaijin also returned to the yard and arranged for them to stay.
Aunt Nan was the only one that stayed with the Queen. Silence dominated again and the Queen’s eyebrows unknitted.
Gu Chaoyan and Zhou Huaijin were in the most peaceful state. They had been aware that everything went according to the plan, so there was no need for them to panic.
Now that they were here, the scenery was very beautiful. So they took a walk around the town.
