Gu Chaoyan had always kept a very calm expression on her face. Seeing Qing failing at the first attempt, she walked forward and said to the housekeeper with a very soft voice, “I can cure Lin Jiashu.”
The housekeeper was about to spill out the words to turn them down when he got startled.

Gu Chaoyan could understand this feeling. She bowed and said, “Greetings, Uncle and Aunt.”
“Ha.” The Old Master snorted and said with a long face, “We are just a poor business family who can’t accept your greetings.”

Mrs. Lin patted Old Master’s hand and said to Gu Chaoyan, “Your uncle has always been childish.”
However, she did not want to greet her back either.
She asked, “You said that you can cure Jiashu, is that true?”
