Gu Chaoyan had just looked at Gu Xiuying when another voice arose. “Lady Chaoyan.”
Gu Chaoyan withdrew her look, then she saw… Mada Min!
Gu Chaoyan got up directly. Mada Min was not titled, so she did not have to bow to her, but everyone had to greet her politely, at least they had to rise.

Mada Min did ntion that, but she thought that as an annoying Elder Miss, she should not go about to spread trouble for others. What Mada Min said made her feel very grateful, but she did not want to cause her any more trouble.
However, Mada Min rembered clearly what she had said, so Gu Chaoyan sohow felt guilty.
She was about to make an apology, when Mada Min continued. “You are becoming an adult right? Lord Huai asked to be your host, I will definitely be there.”
Gu Chaoyan had no idea what to say at this mont.
Mada Min was such a nice lady! She found her affable, just like a mother.
“Thank you so much, Mada Min!” Gu Chaoyan was not a sweet-talker, but when she was feeling very grateful, she normally could not utter a word.
Mada Min patted her back and smiled, showing consolation.
Mada Deng joined them as well. She looked totally surprised. “Mada Min, are you going to beco the host of Lady Chaoyan’s Adulthood Ceremony?”

Now Mada Deng believed her totally. She did not hear anything wrong.

She had never offered to beco a host for anyone!
