The following day, Gu Chaoyan decided to sleep in since she was free, but early in the morning, Chen Fu ca to her door again.
He asked her to go to the front yard for sothing, and ntioned that Lady Ruxue was ho too.
Gu Chaoyan sighed. “Sword One, could you please ask Fu Bao when will my house be ready?” She sounded very annoyed.
She had tried to keep a low-profile yet things kept popping up to her. She needed a sleep!
“Okay!” Sword One found it funny.
She had thought that her Elder Miss was calm and poised, but after spending so ti with her, she found that she could be childish too.
For example right now, she was complaining and that was what a young maid often behaved like. So she got dressed quickly.

Gu Chaoyan frowned – what was he doing here again? She was about to leave when Chen Fu said, “Lord Ling ca to our mansion for the first ti, and Old Master asked all the ladies to keep him company, please stay, Elder Miss?”
Gu Chaoyan frowned.
Gu Zhenkang was such an unruly person. There was no reason to get all of the ladies to keep Lord Ling company at the garden! She shook her head slightly. “I am not feeling well, I need to leave.”
“Lady Chaoyan!” Lord Ling stopped her and then ca in her direction.
Gu Chaoyan greeted him. “Greetings, Lord Ling!”
“Ruxue is playing the zither, and she says that you are quite skilled at playing the zither, co and teach her, alright?” Lord Ling asked.
