“Snow Territory cannot afford to descend into chaos,” Elder Man spoke with utmost seriousness. “Given the current state of affairs, with the gates of enchantnt open and chaos prevailing, we must prevent any further disruptions within Snow Territory.”
Snow Territory operated under its own distinct set of rules and laws. While the King and the Head held significant power, in Snow Territory, the most revered figure was the Phoenix Girl, considered even more supre than City Lord. City Lord would not gain full acceptance until marrying the Phoenix Girl.
