"Did you all choose that mystery?"

Yvelise Ayers asked with a frown, as he guessed from their expressions.

"It seems the cost is this extrely dangerous mission, but it’s alright; without this task, we wouldn’t be able to enter the bunker."

He said softly, and Ethan Smith stared at him with growing astonishnt.

The words he spoke each found a precise cutting point, as if from a god-like perspective.

"Did you obtain the Law Sequence, or is it a certain ability seed? Can you explain in detail so I can trust you more?"

Suddenly, Ethan Smith interrupted Yvelise Ayers’ contemplation, staring intently at him.

Now, it seed as Yvelise Ayers said: going to spy on the enemy camp tonight was nearly a fatal endeavor. If this person before him could find the right path, he would cooperate unconditionally.

"The Rule Sequence I obtained is a chessboard; the aura of everyone and everything I interacted with enters my chessboard and undergoes deduction. The red solution represents survival, and the black ending represents death. Of course, the inclusion of different factors changes this chessboard’s outco."

Yvelise Ayers raised his hand, revealing a small chessboard in his palm.

Then, different colored spherical light balls appeared on everyone here, uncontrollably rging into the chessboard.

Next, there appeared light balls of various shapes, which also rged into the chessboard.

"Round light balls represent your physical qualities, squares represent the mastery of Law Sequences, triangles represent your combat abilities. These factors are included in the deduction to get the final conclusion, but this conclusion is not necessarily accurate, only a high-probability reference."

Yvelise Ayers manipulated those light points with both hands.

"Immortal Emperor Yao, is there such a Law Sequence?"

Ethan Smith asked with a frown.

"In the Holy Kingdom, the Law Sequences are countless like stars; all sorts of unexpected abilities can be found. This is similar to the Taoist Path of Deduction, but this path’s accuracy rate is not high, and whether it’s accurate depends on your luck."

Immortal Emperor Yao laughed strangely.

"Tonight, we will advance with the Scout Team. If we abide by the rules, the difficulty for the red ending isn’t much. But if we want to seize this opportunity to achieve military rits and enter the bunker, we need your help."

Yvelise Ayers stared at the other ten people.

"I need the items you’re trading. After tonight, when we enter the bunker, if there are military rits in the Holy Region, I’ll help you trade them back."

"Sorry, I don’t trust your chessboard."

One person turned and walked out.

"The main force in direct confrontation isn’t us but the Hominini army here. We don’t necessarily need to face the enemy directly; if we survive, The Power of Erasure might not target outsiders like us. Sorry, I need these resources."

Another person shook his head.

Ethan Smith shook his head, though everything Yvelise Ayers said made sense.

And he held the indicated chessboard, but even though these people were Hominini, it was tough to bring them together.

Everyone here has the potential to beco the last Children of the Holy Kingdom, so why should they give up what they risked their lives to obtain?

These items traded for military rits might be crucial for their survival in the ultimate Great war.

"A bunch of fools."

Yvelise Ayers shook his head.

"Senior Brother Ethan, this is a bottle of Strong Spirit Pill I traded."

West Hill walked over and placed a bottle of Pill in Ethan Smith’s hand.

"Senior Brother Ethan, this is a bottle of Power Back Pill; be extra careful tonight!"

A young man walked up to Ethan Smith.

"Who are you?"

"Senior Brother, I am Magnus from Mysterious Sword Sect, chosen by Master’s Divine Fire to co here after the Great war."

Magnus spoke softly; he had seen the war and rembered how Ethan Smith fought alongside the Three Sects.

Thus, he had utmost trust in Ethan Smith.

"Thank you, Junior Brother and Junior Sister. If I return alive tonight, I will repay you double."

Ethan Smith expressed thanks with a solemn bow.

To offer help in a dire situation is exceedingly difficult, and the friendship shown at this mont is worthy of Ethan Smith’s admiration.

They cast their gaze toward others, but no further response was given.

Ethan Smith sighed softly, though he felt it understandable; it was likely he would make the sa choice if he were in their shoes.

"For us five, there might also be a chance; it still depends on the specific mission."

Yvelise Ayers sighed, his chessboard detecting that so among them traded for good items.

These strong lights might turn the final result red, but they weren’t willing to part with them, and under these rules, there’s no way to forcibly take them.

"Moreover, perhaps there are additional changes; this doesn’t seem to be the final outco."

Yvelise Ayers gazed at the chessboard in his hand, speaking softly.

Several people sat in silence in the General’s Mansion awaiting notice; escaping this place held no aning.

Supervising Battle Team soldiers were much stronger than them, and on their territory, escape was impossible.

Ethan Smith imrsed himself in the Projection Sequence cultivation after defeating Silver Scale.

Now, his body stored a considerable amount of Soul Holy Power, enough to withstand training consumption. If he could master the cultivation, it would significantly boost his combat power.

Unsure how long he waited, Ethan Smith trained to the point of exhaustion.

Finally, they received the General Order issued by the general.

"Reassemble all outsiders and organize another round of scouting operations to prepare for the war in two days."

A cold voice said, and soon those who had left returned to the General’s Mansion, most with puzzled expressions, wondering why they were summoned again after a day.

"Brother, why has the military order changed?"

Grayson asked in a deep voice.

"All three elite Scout Teams dispatched yesterday perished, not a single survivor erged. This has never happened before; the general suspects there are arrangents within the enemy’s array, which caused them to chase down our Scout Teams so fiercely."

The soldier said in a deep voice.

"How is the combat strength of the Scout Teams?"

Once again, Yvelise Ayers asked a critical question.

"The elite Scout Teams are all the best of the Supervising Battle Team. Now stop asking questions, and follow to receive the Scout Team equipnt, then head out imdiately. You must determine the situation before the Great war."

Ethan Smith’s heart sank; post-defeating Silver Scale, his strength should compare with Supervising Battle Team soldiers.

But facing elite forces would likely be a losing battle; almost three elite Scout Teams annihilated without a trace, Ethan Smith took a deep breath.

Soon, everyone received their equipnt under the city, acquiring three Power Back Pills and also a cloak and a mirror.
