Chapter 1793: Chapter 1793: Facing Each Other Again_1 Chapter 1793: Chapter 1793: Facing Each Other Again_1 Ninth Cloud appeared extrely relaxed and indifferent to Salena Carpenter’s moves.

Salena was instantly provoked and charged towards Ninth Cloud again.

But this ti, a dazzling radiance erupted from Ninth Cloud’s body.

The radiance enveloped him, and his movents beca incredibly agile, catching Salena almost instantaneously!

Salena’s face slightly changed. She tried to struggle, but the strength in Ninth Cloud’s hand was so terrifying that she couldn’t break free!

At this mont, Ninth Cloud lifted his knee and brutally ramd it into Salena’s lower abdon!

Salena suddenly felt severe pain, her face turning extrely red!

But Ninth Cloud didn’t stop. Holding onto Salena, he continued kneeing her in the lower abdon!

Not far away, Ethan Smith’s face turned extrely ugly.

“Let her go!” Ethan exclaid angrily, charging towards Ninth Cloud!

But Ninth Cloud just glanced at Ethan, and a powerful aura directly repelled him!

As expected, this Ninth Cloud—having received the inheritance of countless Immortal Emperors—had incredibly formidable strength!

Without a doubt, this was the most humiliating ordeal for Salena.

Even against Ninth Cloud, she seed powerless.

“You have broken the rules and must be punished,” Ninth Cloud coldly stated.

“Go to hell!”

Along with Salena’s furious curse, her body emitted a dazzling purple light!

This light suddenly exploded, pushing Ninth Cloud back several steps!

Salena was not soone to be trifled with; she had never been treated like this before!

She raised her hand, unleashing a terrifying, unrelenting barrage of light towards Ninth Cloud like cannonballs!

Every ray of light was incredibly powerful—not only from her own strength but accompanied by the power of the purple cloud pearl!

After a brutal onslaught,

that area was reduced to dust.

Salena wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth and coldly stared at the rising dust.

As the dust gradually settled, several wounds appeared on Ninth Cloud’s body.

His clothes were nearly shattered, and his fair face had blood traces. His flesh and blood continuously seeped from various spots.

“Ninth Cloud!”

Seeing this scene, Russ Payne’s face suddenly changed!

He looked at Salena in horror, his face filled with disbelief!

That was because Ninth Cloud’s strength was incredibly powerful—it wasn’t an exaggeration to say that no one in Demon-slaying Peak could harm him!

But now, Ninth Cloud had been reduced to such a shaful state, probably for the first ti in history!

Coldness emanated from Ninth Cloud’s body,

aiming directly at Salena.

Obviously, he had been enraged by Salena.

But Salena was fearless, never intimidated regardless of the strength of her opponent.

Salena adjusted her breath, preparing to fight Ninth Cloud again.

“Stop!”

At that mont, Ethan stood between the two.

He knew that if the fight continued, Salena would most likely lose, and it wouldn’t benefit anyone.

So, Ethan gritted his teeth and said, “This incident is my fault and has nothing to do with Salena.”

Ethan then coldly looked at Russ Payne and said, “You want to fight , right? Fine, I accept your challenge.”

Russ Payne also realized that the situation had escalated; he hurriedly approached Ninth Cloud, attempting to laugh it off: “Brother Ninth Cloud, let it go. It wasn’t a big deal to begin with…and besides, fighting among ourselves is not allowed in Demon-slaying Peak…”

Ninth Cloud remained silent for a mont before slowly retracting his aura.

“You’ve managed to injure ; that’s sowhat impressive,” Ninth Cloud said indifferently.

“If you want to fight, just fight. Stop showing off,” Salena snorted.

Luckily, Ninth Cloud didn’t say anything more. He looked at Ethan and said, “I hope you’ll be punctual for our appointnt tomorrow morning.”

After leaving these words, Ninth Cloud walked out.

Russ Payne seed to sense that he had caused trouble; he didn’t dare to linger and hurriedly left as well.

When they were gone, Ethan’s face turned cold.

“That bastard Ninth Cloud…” Ethan couldn’t help but curse inwardly.

When he saw Salena injured, an uncontrollable rage burned within him.

Salena muttered beside him, “That bastard is too arrogant. I must beat him up soday!”

“How are you? Are you okay?” Ethan looked at Salena and asked.

Salena waved her hand and said, “It’s just a minor injury.”

“That’s good.” Ethan breathed a sigh of relief.

“You better worry about yourself. Are you in good condition?” Salena asked.

Ethan shook his head and said, “As long as he suppresses his strength within the Mighty Realm, I have nothing to fear.”

“Fine. If he tries to cheat, I’ll beat him up,” Salena said, clenching her small fists.

Ethan didn’t say anything more; he lay on the ground with his eyes slightly closed.

Ninth Cloud’s strength was indeed terrifying. He had not even used his real strength earlier; otherwise, Salena would be no match for him.

Of course, Ninth Cloud’s cultivation level was already above Salena’s. Even more so, having spent many years in the Thunder Courtyard, naturally, she couldn’t compare to him.

The next day.

A large crowd gathered once again in the training ground.

On his way to the training ground, Ethan couldn’t help but feel worried.

If this incident were to spread, these people might target him and Salena.

However, when Ethan arrived at the training ground, he found that the situation was not as bad as he thought.

Everyone’s attitude was calm, with no one discussing the matter—it seed as if they didn’t know about Salena’s intervention at all.

This surprised Ethan.

Could it be that Russ Payne and Ninth Cloud hadn’t told anyone about the incident?

If that were true, then Russ Payne was quite righteous.

“Weren’t they already done fighting last ti? Why are they doing it again?”

“Perhaps Russ Payne isn’t convinced since Ethan used a magical artifact last ti.”

“That’s true, but Ethan’s primordial spirit was injured, and he just arrived at the Thunder Courtyard, so it’s understandable that he used a magical artifact.”

Hearing the surrounding chatter, Ethan beca even more astonished.

It seed that Russ Payne really hadn’t told anyone about the incident!

“This guy is pretty righteous,” Ethan thought to himself.

Just then, Russ Payne walked over from a short distance away.

His burly figure was eye-catching, like a walking iron tower.

After Russ Payne’s appearance, the people around him began to joke.

“Russ Payne, you lost last ti—don’t lose face this ti.”

“Yeah, if you lose to a newcor, that would be a huge disgrace!”

Russ Payne waved his hand and responded cheerfully, “No way, aside from Ninth Cloud, I don’t even consider the rest of you as worthy opponents!”

“Get lost, you’re just bluffing! Be careful, or I’ll beat you next ti!” soone nearby laughed.

“If you have the guts, co on! After I finish beating Ethan, I’ll co and beat you!” Russ Payne replied.

Seeing the atmosphere among the crowd, Ethan suddenly felt that these people were not as difficult to befriend as he had imagined.
