Song Yaoyao realized what was happening. She humphed and turned to walk out. “Grandpa Shen, you’re doing it on purpose! If you won’t help , then I’ll ask Grandpa Huo!”
“Who’s bullying our Yaoyao?”
Just as she ntioned his na, Elder Huo walked in grinning with his hands behind his head.
Song Yaoyao’s lips curved upwards when she saw she had support. “Grandpa Huo! Grandpa Shen promised to help
pick a patient, but—”
Her expression was lively and adorable as she complained to Elder Huo without holding back.
“Phwoar! You old fool! Are you treating
like I’m dead?” Elder Huo pretended to be angry. He glared at Elder Shen and patted Song Yaoyao on the head as he comforted, “It’s fine. If he won’t help you, I’ll help you. Us Huos have more resources than that old fool anyway!”
“Hey! I was just teasing. How could you snitch on !” Elder Shen was amused. “Also, when did she beco a part of the Huos? I can also say she’s a part of the Shens!”
As soon as he said this, Elder Huo was smug.
He turned his head and asked, “Brat, you shouldn’t be calling
Grandpa anymore. When are you changing your greeting?”

Song Yaoyao was easily flustered in front of the two old n, so her face quickly turned red.

really well!”
Elder Shen clearly didn’t believe her. “Brat, are you being blackmailed? Don’t be afraid, I’ll stick up for you!”
“Ha!” Elder Huo scoffed. “What Elder acts like you? How can you be like this at your age?”
At that mont, there was a knock on the door.
The trio turned their heads. Song Yaoyao’s cheeks were already rosy, but they imdiately burned red.
