Chapter 352: 351 Miss Lopez’s secret, she had a crush on a teacher Chapter 352: 351 Miss Lopez’s secret, she had a crush on a teacher Finn Hale rubbed his brow, having learned Wyatt Hale’s whereabouts.

“Uncle, don’t you worry. Even if he dresses up in the most flamboyant way, he’s not a tenth as good as you.”

“It’s all because our little auntie is exceptionally beautiful.”

“Sotis being too pretty is a cri, too.”

Ever since Sussie Lopez had saved his sister-in-law, Wyatt had decided in his heart that she was his one and only little auntie, because, after all, she was truly brave enough to rush forward when needed.

A little auntie like her coming into the family, who could be anxious about not having good days ahead?

Sorry, Michale Shaw, but for my uncle’s and my happiness, I can only sacrifice you.

——

Inside the club

When a group returned to the private room from outside, Zoe Payne felt cold, and William Hale was affectionately warming her hands, while Sussie Lopez was rubbing her own red and frozen fingers.

“Miss Lopez,” Michale Shaw poured her a cup of hot water, “have sothing to warm up.”

“Thank you.”

So were playing cards in a corner, and considering Miss Lopez’s inconvenience with one hand, Shaw arranged another ga, called “Who Hasn’t,” for everyone to play together. William didn’t partake in these activities, chatting with a friend nearby instead.

The ga was simple: each person would ntion sothing they had done that others hadn’t, and those who hadn’t would drink; if soone had done the ntioned thing, the speaker would drink.

As it turned out, Zoe started with, “I got married.”

The group: “…”

She had just found out from William Hale that, in his little circle, they were all single.

Shaw sighed, “Sister-in-law, you’re dropping a bombshell right from the start. How can we play with that? We admit defeat and will drink.”

Sussie only drank juice.

When it was Shaw’s turn, Zoe looked at him curiously. He coughed, “After getting drunk, I’ve kissed a man.”

Soone added, “And it wasn’t just any kiss, it was a wild one!”

Shaw replied, “Shut up, I was drunk.”

“And then you got beaten to a pulp and ended up at the police station.”

“That’s not all; Grandpa Shaw happened to be at ho and stord over with his whip. If it weren’t for the police there to stop him, you might have lost your life to him,” another chid in.

“Speaking of which, did you ever go apologize to the person afterward, as Grandpa Shaw asked?”

Shaw shook his head, “Never found the person.”

“That’s impossible. Did they vanish into thin air?”

“How would I know?”

“You could ask around at the police station.”

“They said I was the offender, and the other was the victim, refusing to disclose information,” Shaw felt helpless too, “besides, the other party didn’t need an apology from .”

“Find soone to hack into the police system then.”

Shaw was exasperated, “Brother, I’m a law-abiding good citizen, could we not act like outlaws here?”

“Speaking of which, the person you kissed that day, was it a guy? You didn’t even see his face clearly.”

“Can we skip this subject?”

Shaw wanted to preserve so good image in front of Sussie but wouldn’t let his mischievous friends expose all his secrets.

Actually, Zoe was quite curious, but Shaw was already stirring everyone for the next round. It was soon Sussie’s turn and she contemplated, “My work has been in contention for an A’ Design Award.”

That was an international interior design award.

Shaw was astonished, “Miss Lopez, if you ntion that, it takes the fun out of the ga. I just signed a multi-billion deal last week, and our sister-in-law must have won many dance awards before; professional achievents are out of bounds, right? Let’s talk about sothing fun.”

William Hale chuckled softly, wasn’t that the Shea Family’s deal?

The boy was really showing off.

Sussie had never played the ga before and nodded, “I understand.”

“I’ll give you another chance.”

“I…” Sussie thought for a mont.

Shaw suggested, “You could talk about sothing related to personal feelings, or so interesting personal experiences.”

William was speechless.

They just wanted to indirectly inquire about soone’s emotional past.

To be honest, he was curious too.

Sussie Lopez was also honest, saying directly, “I had a crush on my own teacher, does that… count?”

“Pu—” Michale Shaw, who was drinking, almost choked to death.

Everyone nodded.

That definitely counts.

“Who was your teacher? I rember Junior President Payne’s teachers must be quite old by now, you could be their granddaughter,” Michale Shaw was surprised.

“I’ve had more than one teacher.”

“Then who did you have a crush on?” Michale Shaw pressed on.

“That’s irrelevant to the ga.”

“Did the crush turn into reality?”

Sussie Lopez shook her head.

Michale Shaw was overjoyed. Which blind fool missed out on such a great girl? If this had happened on campus, it would indeed be problematic. He didn’t know which period teacher it was.

“Ladies and gentlen, we’ve played one round of the ga, and it doesn’t seem very interesting, let’s change the ga,” Michale Shaw was very pleased.

“What shall we play?”

“Truth or dare.”

William Hale and Zoe Payne exchanged glances:

This kid was really pushing his limits, almost stepping on the couple’s toes.

It was clearly aid at the topic Sussie Lopez had just brought up.

Michale Shaw was so gossipy that if he didn’t get to the bottom of things, it would itch at him like a cat scratch.

Everyone had no objection, Sussie Lopez nodded in agreent, but she didn’t expect that when it really ca to her turn, Michale Shaw still wanted to pry so words out of her, but she directly chose dare.

“How about… among the n present, you pick one and have an up-close eye contact for twenty seconds?”

Sussie Lopez was numb.

That’s taking a big risk!

Well, it’s a ga, so naturally, you play big.

Just eye contact wasn’t too bad, and of the n present, she was most familiar with William Hale, but she couldn’t choose him. Apart from him, Michale Shaw was the one who talked to her the most.

“Then I choose you.” When Sussie Lopez looked at Michale Shaw, soone was almost wagging his tail with pride.

William Hale sat on the side, chuckling to himself:

Just wait and laugh.

I want to see how long you can be proud.

Michale Shaw stood up and walked over to Sussie Lopez; since it was up-close eye contact, he had to get closer. Just as soone took out their phone to ti it, the door of the private room was pushed open.

Finn Hale was wearing a simple wool sweater with a black long down jacket draped over his arm, carrying an air of superiority and overlooking all from above.

Everyone quickly stood up and greeted him with a call of “Uncle”.

“Keep playing, I’m just passing by, everyone be at ease.”

He casually shut the door behind him, hung his coat at the side, his deanor was casual and indulgent, yet arrogant and dignified to just the right extent.

Sussie Lopez was montarily distracted.

Just passing by?

No ghost would believe that.

But at this mont, no one present dared to question him, he sat down next to William Hale and seed to ask casually, “What are they playing?”

“Truth or dare,” William Hale chuckled, “It’s Miss Lopez and Michale Shaw’s turn now, close eye contact for twenty seconds.”

“Michale Shaw…”

Finn Hale savored the na in his mouth.

Michale Shaw felt a chill down his spine; even though it was indoors, he felt a cold breeze blow.

“Don’t feel restrained because I’m here, go on.”

His voice was slow and temperate, yet it also felt like the sharpest knife in the world.

His gaze lightly fell on Michale Shaw, who felt:

Not only did the uncle want to cut him.

He wanted to carve him up a thousand tis.
