Chapter 206: I Was Wrong

It’s over! It’s over! He heard it! She was going to die!

Even though he said it lovingly, his tone was still so cold that it sent chills down her spine. She could imagine that the eyes behind the sunglasses must be terribly evil now! In her previous life, she had experienced his jealousy nurous tis! Even to this day, she still felt traumatized.

“Xiao... about that... I was just encouraging him! It was a joke! He is just my best friend! Like real best friend! In fact, he is just a girl in my eyes!” Ye Qiao quickly tried to comfort him though she was also stating the truth.

They grew up together since young, and his previous life was not that great. She wanted to take care of him in this life since they had a close relationship.

“Joke? I think that guy really did want to take care of you...” Lu Beixiao smiled fakely.

“Look at him! It’s more like I will have to take care of him! Xiao... woo... it’s really not what you think!” She had said the wrong thing at a ti like this... she even considered just falling on the ground and crying so that he could forgive her!

“Stop all the nonsense! Get in the car!” Lu Beixiao said coldly and turned around right after.

Looking at his tall and straight back, she shrugged beside her motorcycle. She saw the imported SUV from his uncle parked diagonally across the road but did not budge!

Lu Beixiao squinted and looked at that little girl on the motorbike. Why was she being disobedient? Why did she not think of the consequences when she was flirting with the guy?!

“Xiao, I have a bike here... I... I need to send the motorbike back to the office...” Ye Qiao’s voice beca softer and softer while her head dropped lower and lower.

She looked like she was afraid to be punished by a tyrant.

“Are you trying to escape? Baby, do you think you can escape from ? Huh?” He was just a step away from her. Looking at her dressed handsoly like a man, it was like a beast staring at a wild cat. He probably wanted to play with her until she got tired before he would drag her into a cave and eat her!

It was then that he realized that she changed a lot from last year; she even had nunchucks in the side pockets at her back! She was just like a female gangster!

Ye Qiao shook her head hard.

Even though she called herself Master Qiao, in front of Master Xiao, she was just like a monkey playing on the palm of the Buddha!

“I will give you a chance to escape! If you really can escape from , I will let you go!” Lu Beixiao squinted his eyes and said in a deep voice.

Ye Qiao finally saw so light at the end of the tunnel. She raised her head and looked at him right in his sunglasses.

“Really?!” She asked excitedly, coming out with ideas secretly in her heart.

She was good at riding motorbikes. The area was mostly alleys, and his SUV was 2-3 ters long, so he would not be able to go through! Hence, there was a chance that she would be able to escape!

“I always do as promised! You can run now! I will give you a one-minute headstart!” Lu Beixiao said as he raised his left arm and looked at the ti.

“Really... Brother Xiao, if I really do escape from you, you, don’t bla !”

“Sure, I will not bla you; it’s just a matter of whether or not you can get away from !”

As soon as he finished speaking, Ye Qiao got onto the motorcycle and started the engine. Lu Beixiao picked up the helt she dropped on the floor just now and put it on her.

anwhile, Beixiao was being so gentle and ticulous. “Good girl, be careful!”

Woo woo woo...

His sudden gentleness made her not want to escape from him. “Brother Xiao... I was wrong! Don’t use your full force, okay? Let’s make a move...”
