Fu Huai'an propped one hand against the desk and nodded.

"So I was thinking… if they head out before our teams carry out the rescue operation, then we can take action at Marius's residence. It'd be convenient since we have detailed information about Marius's residence!"

Fu Huai'an nodded, indicating for Little Lu to carry on speaking.

"If, at that ti, Marius and May Myint Yady are on their way to the FFID Building…" Little Lu spread out the city's transportation map and drew a circle on several routes with a pen. "We might take action on these few routes! We're also very clear about the conditions of these routes from Marius's residence to the FFID Building!"

Little Lu set down the pen and said after standing straight, "But if it's at the FFID Building, you'll be going in blind alone. So I'm thinking, if we must take action in the FFID Building in the end, then I can go in first to understand the situation inside before you go in and take action. That way, you'll be safer…"

Little Lu couldn't help feeling anxious as he looked at Fu Huai'an, who remained silent after he finished. "Sir, do you think my plan can work?"

"The plan you described… will ti permit it? If ti permits you to enter and yet you end up trapped by so unexpected circumstance inside that makes you unable to co out and exchange information with , you'll be trapped when I take action. Then, when everything ends… when I leave, are you confident of escaping unscathed with ?" Fu Huai'an asked slowly.

Little Lu couldn't reply to that…

Fu Huai'an's deep gaze fell upon Little Lu's face. Seeing Little Lu's expression stiffen, Fu Huai'an unbuttoned his sleeves and glanced at his wristwatch, then said, "At 9:40, co outside the FFID Building and provide support!"

Fu Huaian's words set everything in stone.

Little Lu nodded. It was better than making him stay at the hotel.

Actually, Little Lu understood that Fu Huai'an was worried about his safety. Even Little Lu himself feared that he would add trouble for Fu Huai'an and beco his burden by entering.

"I'll make the arrangents well!" Little Lu said.

Fu Huai'an nodded and retracted his gaze from Little Lu's face and said, "Stick the information that I've prepared in the case on the wall!"

When Little Lu took out the information from Fu Huai'an's box, he discovered that Fu Huai'an had already prepared the infrastructure blueprint of the FFID Building, and it was even more detailed than the one Little Lu made. There were vast amounts of Fu Huai'an's handwriting on it. Little Lu realized that Fu Huai'an must have prepared all of that whilst he was on the plane.

Little Lu's ears turned red. As he stuck the information on the wall piece by piece, he felt that there was a lot more he ought to learn from Fu Huai'an.

From the information Fu Huai'an prepared, he was acting like he usually did, planning to handle everything in a low profile manner, taking into account all the accidents that might occur in circumstances he could control.

On the day of the ball, when Fu Huai'an's wristwatch indicated 7:17 pm, Marius and May Myint Yady had yet to leave the house. Fu Huai'an estimated that they would be taking action on the way to the FFID Building or at the FFID Building itself. He was placing the carefully selected weapons he would need into his bag when Little Lu suddenly entered frantically.

"Sir, our informant said that May Myint Yady and Marius have left the house!"

Fu Huai'an raised a hand and glanced at his wristwatch. It was 7:25 pm…

From Marius's residence to the FFID Building, Fu Huai'an calculated that it would take 35 to 40 minutes. That ant they would need to take action in the FFID Building.

Fu Huai'an squatted on the ground, dressed in the uniform of an air conditioner repair company. He was carrying a bag and had a grappling hook gun and zipline hanging behind his waist. As he put on goggles, he said to Little Lu, "There are people keeping tabs on us all around downstairs. You've got to think of a way to leave without anyone knowing to provide support outside the FFID Building later!"

Little Lu's heart rate quickened, and he nodded solemnly. "Don't worry, Sir."

Fu Huai'an walked to the French windows, then used a suction cup on the tempered glass window that already had its rubber strips removed and moved it away. The chilly winds from outside blew in, causing the tie in front of Little Lu's chest to fly into his face. He half narrowed his eyes as he watched Fu Huai'an grip the edge of a window and then nimbly disappear into xico's resplendent night scene. He imdiately set down the phone in his hands and jogged over to shift the piece of glass back into its original place.

Amidst the chilly wind, Fu Huai'an stuck the attachnt clip into the tallic seams of the tempered glass window, then began climbing up the building bare-handed and without any safety asures.

Luckily, the floor Fu Huai'an was staying on wasn't far from the top of the building, so he very quickly reached the top…

However, May Myint Yady had long taken precautions and had planted two n to stand guard on the top floor. After all, the top level was a large platform, so it was harder for one to hide up there.

After Fu Huai'an stuck the attachnt clip into the tallic seams, he tugged at it to make sure there was no problem with it. He then connected the safety lock and attachnt clip on his waist before drawing the grappling hook gun and steadying his footing. Once he was steady, he aid at the elevator machine room of the opposite building and pulled the trigger. The zipline rope behind Fu Huai'an rapidly decreased.

He tugged at the rope to make sure that the hook blasted through the wall of the motor room. After fixing that end of the zipline in place, he unlatched the safety lock and hung it on the pulley. He then released, swiftly sliding towards the slightly shorter building across the way.

Once he got to the top floor on the opposite building, Fu Huai'an agilely put away all of the equipnt. Then, carrying his bag, he pulled open the door of the rooftop and began to walk downstairs.

Fu Huai'an walked out of the building opposite the hotel in an above board manner, with no one paying attention to him. He quietly got into an air conditioner repair company's vehicle and drove away.

Little Lu fixed the glass, then, seeing as Fu Huai'an left, began to think of a way out.

Actually, it wasn't that Little Lu didn't know. Based on Fu Huai'an's capabilities, once everything ended, he could easily leave the FFID Building. This ti, he is tasking Little Lu with providing him support… was perhaps Fu Huai'an's test for him.

Little Lu's heart was beating rapidly. Forcing himself to calm down, he took out his phone and dialed the number of the World Bank's vice-president's secretary, who was in charge of the news release, Alyssa.

Very quickly, soone answered the phone…

Alyssa, who had just returned to the hotel and set down her bag, seed very surprised by Little Lu's call. After all, even though she had expressed interest in Little Lu several tis, Little Lu always smiled politely and didn't pick up her conversation thread.

Moreover, if it was about business, Little Lu had the number of the vice-president's special assistant, so he had no reason to call her for business.

After she hesitated for a mont, Alyssa picked up Little Lu's call. "Hi, Lu… Why are you calling ?"

Alyssa tried to make herself sound as normal as possible. She walked to the water bar, picked up a cup and twisted open a bottle of mineral water, and poured herself a cup of water.

"My apologies for calling you so late, Alyssa. Tonight, Sir wanted to rest early, so I have so ti freed up. I wonder… if you have ti, shall we have dinner together?"

Alyssa halted in her act of sending the cup to her mouth. They were both adults, so they knew the implications of a man inviting a woman to dinner.
