Since Bolin was coming to her rescue, Zhang Liling patiently waited until he ca for her.
"Mr. Bolin!" Zhang Liling called out in a soft tone as soon as she saw Bolin make his way towards her.
The detective saw Bolin and was a bit surprised that he ca for Zhang Liling because he was popular for being Mr. Fang's personal assistant.
'Was Zhang Liling sohow related to them?'
Right at that mont, Bolin appeared before them and introduced himself to the detective whole shaking hands with him.
"... I ca for Miss Zhang, what paperwork do we need to settle?" Bolin went straight to the point. He didn't have any ti to waste because of a certain soone.
"Oh! Please co with ." The detective said while gesturing for Bolin to follow him as he led the way.
Zhang Liling was made to wait for a few minutes for the two n to conclude and co back to her.
Finally the wait was over. Zhang Liling saw the two n shake hands after stepping out of the room, before Bolin approached her.
"Can we go now? Is everything settled?" Zhang Liling asked as her eyes shone brightly.
Bolin stopped to glance at her before saying, "Miss Zhang,I hope there would be no reason to fight in public again, as long as you are still under Mr. Fang."
"Of course there wouldn't be a next ti. This ti around, it's not my fault that Shu Rushi ca to looks for trouble," Zhang Liling said as he followed her outside imdiately.
Bolin didn't say anything to her, until they stepped outside and approached the familiar car that was parked outside.
Imdiately Zhang Liling saw the car, she recognized it and imdiately reached out to yank the front passenger door open because she thought that Bolin had driven over by himself, but Bolin stopped her in ti.
"Miss Zhang, please go to the back seat," Bolin said with a straight gaze at her.
"Oh!" Zhang Liling seed at a lost at first, before moving over to the back side to yank the car door open, only to see and et Mr. Fang's frosty gaze.
"What the!" Zhang Liling shouted before closing the car door and looking at Bolin in shock.
Bolin who was about to step into the car, he was only halfway through when Zhang Liling scread, causing him to step back.
"What is it? Are you not getting in?" Bolin asked with a narrowed gaze, as if to tell her that she would be in alot of trouble if she continued to waste ti.
'Why didn't you tell that Mr. Fang was with you?' Zhang Liling thought while gazing at Bolin with an almost crying expression on her face.
She really felt like crying at the mont, while thinking how cruel Bolin just acted toward her. Couldn't he have given her a notice at least?
"Miss Zhang?" Bolin saw her staring at him in fright without making any movent, and had to call out to her. He could already feel the pressure emitting from the inside of the car.
Zhang Liling ca back to her senses before turning to glance at the back passenger door reluctantly. She prayed silently in her heart that she would be able to get out alive after the ride, before finally opening the car door and getting inside.
"Good evening, Mr. Fang," Zhang Liling greeted in a soft tone, without daring to et his gaze. She could already feel the cold air enveloping her body as soon as she sat her butts down.
Mr. Fang glared at her and continued to fix his cold glance at her. Zhang Liling shifted toward the door and felt like hiding.
To her, it would have been better if Mr. Fang ignored her and pretended that she was not existing, because she couldn't stand his cold glance.
Mr. Fang looked very angry as soon as Zhang Liling greeted him in that soft tone, that even the driver and Bolin noticed.
"Have you finished fighting, who won?" Mr. Fang asked in an icy tone. He was still staring at her while asking that question.
'What kind of questions was that?' That was all the three of them in that space could think.
Zhang Liling refused to answer that question, and instead bowed her head while apologizing to him. "I'm sorry Mr. Fang, it won't happen again."
Mr. Fang snorted and finally moved his gaze away from her. "I'm sure that next ti, you would tell that you are sorry for killing soone, and that it would not happen again."
Zhang Liling cursed herself, while still not daring to look him in the eye. It looks like she was a bad egg in his eyes now. She has just ruined her reputation before him.
"Mr. Fang, I wouldn't dare to kill anyone. I wouldn't dare to fight anyone on my own unless soone cos looking for trouble first. But don't worry, I wouldn't do anything to bring you sha anymore."
"Miss Zhang, I think it would be better to keep your promises to yourself. Haven't you noticed that you can't keep any one of them?" Mr. Fang asked in an irritable tone.
He couldn't stand hearing her make promises she couldn't keep.
"But Mr. Fang, I'm serious because I wouldn't dare to do anything that would bring you dishonour!" Zhang Liling insisted.
"Shut up! You still have the nerves to talk back. I can see how much of a good fighter that you are." Mr. Fang said while staring hard at her. He could see from her appearance that she had engaged in a good fight.
Zhang Liling felt his gaze on and her and beca more embarrassed. She quickly tried to use her hand to comb her hair, while making sure she was keeping a distance from him, as he continued to cold her.
"...and you are good at causing trouble. The next ti you do sothing like this, I will imdiate throw you out of my house!" Mr. Fang said and looked away.
Bolin glanced back and saw Zhang Liling combing her hair with her hands, and Mr. Fang staring at her from the corner of his eyes with a death glare.
'What is she doing?'
That look alone said a lot. He was about to lose it with Zhang Liling, and would probably reconsider throwing her out of the car first, before throwing her out of his house next.
Bolin understood that and quickly said to Zhang Liling, "Miss Zhang, can you not comb your hair in the car, you will get the place dirty."
Zhang Liling quickly stopped and apologized. She just understood that while combing her hair, strands could fall on the car seat, or on the floor.
She also didn't dare to raise her head for fear of eting Mr. Fang's cold gaze.
