"Do you think you are the only that has been bullied by my mother?" Zhang Xiaoling asked.
Then without waiting for her response, she continued.
"My mother neglected most of the tis in my life and the only reason I was with her before, was because I was waiting on a glimr of hope but until the end, I never saw it.
Fully aware that I would be heading to the path of destruction of I didn't stay away from her, I had to make a decision and I did."
Smiling at Zhang Xiaoling, she leaned in to the table. "You must think my mother favoured and of course, you are not wrong for thinking that way since it was all you could see.
But all my life, my mother had only cared about my brother while leaving behind. The only reason I was fortunate to receive money and other necessities instead of her attention and love is because I am her daughter."
There were so many things Zhang Xiaoling had to complain about, but this was not the right ti and place to vent and especially to Zhang Liling who probably didn't care about her emotions since she had treated her badly in the past.
There was a stepfather that used all the people under him for his benefits, and there was biological mother who cared more for her son more than her daughter, and used them to gain so power.
Her life was really pitiful.

Imdiately, she turned her down.
"My mother will get suspicious if I suddenly get close to her and show interest in the black market business. She is very crafty." Zhang Xiaoling pointed out.
Knowing her mother very well, she was better off giving advises from the best point of view.
Understanding what she ant and little but impactful it was, Zhang Liling nodded.

While lost in thought, she heard Zhang Xiaoling making a demand. "Can I see the evidence that shows that Zhang Mingyu is not the biological son of your father?"
Since she had made ntion of this before, it would be pleasing if she saw a proof that would make her garden her heart and turn it to a stone till she was done dealing with soone.
"I don't have any evidence and this is the second task I have for you."
Zhang Liling said as the corner of her lips curled into a smirk.
Finally, there was sothing else she could use her step-sister for.
"And what is it?" Zhang Xiaoling inquired.
"I need you get the strands from your mother's hair, Zhang Mingyu and my father's. If you can't get their hair, look for anything that ca be used to conduct a DNA test and hand them over to . And when the results co out, I will let you be the one to expose this secret."

Returning ho after work, Zhang Liling imdiately spilled the content of the agreent she had reached with Zhang Xiaoling.
"You did well." Fang Bingwen complinted whole giving her a thumbs-up.
"Thank you," Zhang Liling said happily before continuing to eat her food.
Watching her eat with that smile on her face, Fang Bingwen smiled as well before deciding to reveal sothing to her.
"Zhang Mingyu's wedding will be taking place soon and so arrangents had already begun."
"I know Shi Wenqian will want to hurry up with her plans, but she is just joking. I will never let that wedding take place. I will make sure to expose his relationship with that girl from work a few days to his wedding ceremony." Zhang Liling promised with a sneer.
"Doing that will not be enough reason for the Ong family to call off the wedding even if Emma Ong is their only daughter. The Ong and the Zhang family has co a long way and only a strong news will force them to take a step back without minding their image."
"Well, we have to force Zhang Mingyu to do sothing huge that will discredit him as a good husband and son-in-law before the ti is too late." Zhang Liling said after agreeing with him.
Having an idea of how so big families worked, she couldn't rule out that possibility.
"Honey, can you send soone to follow Zhang Mingyu and get as many videos, records and pictures that can discredit him?" She pleaded.
"I will. We have less than 6 weeks to put your stepmother behind bars."
Fang Bingwen agreed wholeheartedly with her.

During work hours, Tungi who always had her eyes in Mikayla as a favour from herself to her best friend, noticed sothing wrong with her.
She couldn't count the number of tis she left her desk and returned looking worse than before.
The last ti she returned to her desk, her eyes and her nose were red, but she didn't look like she had been crying.
She still looked healthy while working efficiently until during the close of work when she started to get distracted.
With her eyes on the door, she was fortunate to find Zhang Mingyu leaving with his workbag, and quickly clocked off work and followed him without waiting for her superior's approval.
Apparently, she didn't care about getting scolded.
