Mr. Fairchild's Rose: She is Wild and Proud Chapter 301 - 210: Teaching Sylvia Lane a Lesson
"How do you know I’m at the Fairchild Family?"
"Isn’t it easy to find out where you are?" Maeve Lane sneered slightly, raised her head, and gazed through several doors, her eyes fixed on a figure.
Sylvia Lane clearly saw Maeve from the window too, and challenged her: "You call out, and I just co out? What do you take for! If you need to talk to , co in yourself!"
"The Fairchild Family isn’t a place anyone can just walk into!" She spoke as if she were already a part of the Fairchild Family, "Mrs. Fairchild wouldn’t welco you either!"
Maeve’s gaze was so cold it sent shivers down one’s spine, her fierce presence leaving even the security guards at the entrance sowhat stunned.
After Sylvia finished talking, she imdiately hung up the phone, "Huh, if I don’t co out, what can you do about it?"
She put her phone on silent mode, then quickly followed Mrs. Fairchild, rudely squeezing away the person speaking beside Mrs. Fairchild, with a slightly ingratiating smile, "Mrs. Fairchild, you really have an eye, truly worthy of being born into a prestigious family."
The person she squeezed out of the way rolled their eyes and muttered sothing under their breath before leaving.
Sylvia’s face lit up with a victorious smile as she said to Mrs. Fairchild, "Madam, I just went to take a call. That person really has no sense of timing, calling at this hour. I hope it hasn’t disturbed your pleasure, Madam..."
"Hm." Mrs. Fairchild nodded slightly.
Sylvia felt relieved that Mrs. Fairchild wasn’t upset, "Mrs. Fairchild, whose masterpiece is this painting?"
Mrs. Fairchild was about to speak when a girl’s voice was heard from the entrance.
It was as icy as unlted snow in the dead of winter, with a hint of suppressed wrath.
"Sylvia Lane."
Upon hearing this voice, Sylvia shook as if bristling, making her lips tremble.
Mrs. Fairchild and the other ladies looked down, seeing a girl standing at the Fairchild Family’s entrance.
She was dressed in a black trench coat and wore a peaked cap, with breathtaking beauty. Under the fringe of her forehead were a pair of jet-black, deep eyes, a sharp nose, slightly pursed red lips, a cropped top under her coat, black denim shorts, and knee-high pure black boots.
Her whole deanor was cold and defiant, her gaze as dark as if she had co from the land of demons.
Mrs. Fairchild imdiately recognized her and frowned, "I didn’t ask for you, yet you dare co to find ?!"
This comnt began to snap those who were still in shock out of it.
People started whispering:
"Whose daughter is she, she’s really pretty."
"But her expression is a bit intimidating."
"Does she have so vendetta with Mrs. Fairchild? It seems like Mrs. Fairchild is pretty upset."
Sylvia was a bit scared, feeling that Maeve was here to settle scores.
Could it be that the old geezer told her about it!
She cursed in her heart and hid behind Mrs. Fairchild.
"Mrs. Fairchild, I’m so scared, I feel like she’s going to hit soone." Sylvia said, sounding aggrieved.
With a "common enemy" in sight, Mrs. Fairchild’s attitude towards Sylvia improved a bit.
"Don’t worry, with here, I won’t let this woman lay a finger on you." Mrs. Fairchild stood by the third-floor railing and looked down, "Our Fairchild Family isn’t a place for just any stray dogs!"
"I don’t know how those fools do their work, letting anyone in!"
"Soone, get her out!"
Two towering bodyguards aggressively surrounded her.
Maeve slightly narrowed her eyes, quickly avoiding their movents, swiftly kicked a few tis, flipped one over, and even after they fell she didn’t forget to add a few more kicks. Despite wearing eight-centiter high-heeled boots, she was still as agile as a young leopard.
After dealing with the two, she sneered coldly towards Sylvia’s direction before decisively heading up the stairs!
Everyone upstairs was stunned by Maeve’s nimble skills that didn’t involve the slightest hesitation.
"How did she do that!"
"Those two big guys couldn’t beat her!"
"Oh my god, she’s coming up, help, what’s she going to do!"
Soon, a graceful silhouette appeared at the end of the hallway on the third floor.
Maeve slowly walked from the darkness into the sunlight, her brows and eyes indifferent.
Mrs. Fairchild watched Maeve’s mouth pull into a smile, hearing the increasingly close sound of high heels clacking on the floor, and felt a bit unsettling, she swallowed, "Maeve Lane, this is the Fairchild Family, don’t do anything..."
The surrounding people heard the na and, belatedly reacting, realized:
"Maeve Lane? The one betrothed to the Fairchild Family’s second young master since childhood?"
