Gu Lili paused in her actions, turned her head to look at him, and said, "Even if ti flowed backward, I’m afraid we still wouldn’t be together, because it’s destined to be this way."
"Have you fallen in love with him after being married to him for so long?"

"And what about him?"
"He doesn’t love ."

Long Yubei returned from a four-day business trip right at dusk, as Gu Lili had just finished taking her shower.
She too had just co back from Xiliang Mountain half an hour before, knowing that he would be ho today, and thus she drove back.
Absence makes the heart grow fonder; upon his arrival, Long Yubei embraced her, "Did you miss ?"
"I did."
"I haven’t slept well these last few nights away, I’m all inflad," he said affectionately as he nestled his chin into her neck.
"How inflad?"
"You’ll know soon enough." Saying this, he grabbed the towel wrapped around her, yanking it to the ground.
"Ah..." Wearing nothing, she was now fully exposed before his eyes, feeling sowhat shy after days apart.
Her lips were captured forcibly, and her petite body was securely held in his embrace.
Gasping for breath from his kisses, she arched her head back slightly, and Gu Lili’s body involuntarily leaned toward him.
