Gu Lili wore a loose pink and white floral dress with a thin shawl draped over it. She had lost so weight recently and despite eating nourishing food, she couldn’t regain the plumpness of the past few months.
Consequently, except for her belly, which was big, her limbs were all slender.
She purposely did her makeup with fiery red lipstick, making her look rosy and as radiant as ever.
She called Ma Shijie in the morning, telling him there was no need to pick them up; Su Changzhi would accompany her to the airport to take the plane.
While collecting the boarding passes, Gu Lili was recognized by so people and had her photos taken, but she didn’t care at all.
The full-month celebration was held at a hotel in City B.
As soon as they entered the hotel lobby, Lin Yueer’s older brother stepped forward to welco them, "Miss Gu, you’ve arrived."
"Yes, congratulations on the birth of your son." She handed over a red envelope.
"Thank you. And who might this be?"
Gu Lili introduced him generously, "This is my husband, Su Changzhi."
"So this is Mr. Su. My sister has ntioned you before. Hello, Mr. Su."
"Hello."
They shook hands.
"Miss Gu, Mr. Su, please follow ."
The couple followed and took their seats in the upstairs hall.
As soon as Su Changzhi and Gu Lili appeared, many eyes fell upon them; seeing the two hand in hand, anyone who wasn’t blind could guess their relationship.
After sitting down, the waiter served tea, and Su Changzhi wiped the cup with a napkin and poured her so hot tea.
Whether by deliberate arrangent or not, Lin Yueer and Long Yubei’s seats were opposite them.
"I didn’t expect you to be here as well," Lin Yueer said with a smile as she sat down, facing the other side.
Gu Lili, with her head down playing a mobile ga, acted as if she hadn’t heard.
Lin Yueer felt ignored, and her face showed so displeasure.
Long Yubei, seeing her unhappy, asked softly, "Would you like so tea?"

Long Yubei filled a cup for her.

"Did your hands beco disabled?" Su Changzhi asked with a chuckle, propping his head on his hand.
"I fancy it that way, is it any of your business?" she retorted, then turned her head to act coquettishly toward Long Yubei, "I want you to feed ."
Long Yubei lifted the cup to her lips, and as Lin Yueer drank slowly, gazing at Gu Lili, her beautiful eyes were full of amusent.
Su Changzhi saw through it all, and turned his head toward Gu Lili to look at the ga she was playing, "Is it fun?"
"It’s alright for passing the ti."
The table quieted down for a while until Mrs. Lin hurried over to greet Gu Lili, "I’ve been so busy, I didn’t even have a chance to say hello."
"It’s alright, congratulations Madam on the new addition to the family."
"This must be your husband, Mr. Su, right? I’ve heard from Yue’er."
Gu Lili lowered her gaze and smiled in reply, "That’s right."
"Enjoy your food and drink today, I have to go over there."
"Sure, go ahead."
Gu Lili withdrew her gaze and propped her head on her hand, facing Su Changzhi, "I heard there’s a natural scenic spot in City B called Turquoise Pool, how about we check it out after the lunch banquet?"
"If Madam likes it, your husband is naturally willing to accompany you." Seeing that Gu Lili looked tired, he asked, "Are you feeling sleepy?"
"A bit." She closed her eyes, "I’ll take a quick nap."
"Alright." Su Changzhi adjusted her shawl for her.
Unable to resist, Lin Yueer across from them remarked, "Are you here to attend the full-month celebration or to sleep?"
"My wife does as she pleases, is it any of your business?" Su Changzhi countered Lin Yueer’s earlier words, "You can sleep too if you want, no one’s stopping you."
