Long Tianjiao was railed by Liang He’s fans in the comnts, saying all sorts of things about how she wasn’t worthy, blah blah blah.
Liang He got ho that evening, freshened up, and logged on to his ssenger app, only to find Long Tianjiao offline. He hadn’t seen her for a few days. Had she seen the news?
Given her personality, if she had seen it, she wouldn’t have been able to resist asking him about it.
Or she would have called.
Why was there no word from her?
Could she still be in class?
Liang He put on his clothes, grabbed his car keys, and walked out the door.
He went to check out where Long Tianjiao had her classes, only to find that there was no class in session.
He called Long Tianjiao.
Long Tianjiao was startled awake from her sleep, picked up her phone, and saw that it was him.
Suppressing her frustration, she answered, "Hello?"
"Are you still in class?"
"No, I have the day off today."
"Are you at ho now?"
"No, I’m not."
"Where are you then?"
"Sleeping in the car."
"Why didn’t you go ho?" Liang He asked.
"I didn’t want to go back."
"Then co to my place."
Long Tianjiao was silent for a few seconds, then said, "I don’t want to. I’m going to keep sleeping, hanging up now."
She hung up the phone before he could respond.
After hanging up, Long Tianjiao looked at her phone and felt a twinge of regret.
He had asked her over, so why didn’t she go?
Being resentful was the silliest thing to do.
Especially since she liked him, and he didn’t like her.
But now that the words were out, there was no taking them back.
She sat there, a little angry at herself.
At that mont, she suddenly heard his voice.
"Long Tianjiao."
She turned her head and saw him standing outside her car window.
As it turned out, when Liang He was heading back, he paid extra attention to the cars parked along the road. He hadn’t taken much notice on his way there, but on his way back, he really did spot Long Tianjiao’s car not many ters away.
Long Tianjiao hurriedly opened the car door and got out, "What are you doing here?"
Instead of answering, he comnted, "Wow, you’re really sothing, sleeping in the car."
"If I’m sleepy, I can sleep anywhere." Thinking of him going skiing with Shang Zhen, she said, "You had a great ti with the pretty little lady today, huh?"
"Did you see the news?"
"I saw it. Congrats on finding the love of your life. Is that what you want to say?" She turned her head away, not looking at him.
"It was just a ski trip. What’s that got to do with the love of my life?"
After hearing his response, Long Tianjiao asked directly, "So, do you like her?"
"No."
Long Tianjiao cursed herself for her weakness. He only said that much, and all her anger dissipated in an instant.
"Why go skiing with her?!" She looked up at him and asked, "You just t her and you’re hitting the slopes with her. Are you that close to her?"
"We just bumped into each other while she was out with so friends. It was a coincidence," Liang He replied, noticing the snow on her head, and then suggested, "This isn’t the place to talk. Co to my place."
She heard his explanation and softly agreed, "Okay."
She turned and got into her car first, and Liang He turned back to his own car.

"Brother Neo, you called ." Shang Zhen ran in with an umbrella.
"What’s going on between you and Liang He?"
"I was skiing with friends and bumped into him by accident. I didn’t expect it would make the news. Should we clarify?"
Antonio nodded, "Post a tweet to clarify."
"Alright." Shang Zhen took out her phone and quickly posted a clarifying tweet, "But Liang He’s popularity is really sothing. Just being in the news with him, my Twitter following has grown a lot."
"All of that is superficial. The fans accumulated through your work are the real deal."
