Both Xiaojun and Long Shan was petrified by their second eting. Both of them never expected that they would et again, just in this totally awkward situation.

Long Shan was tongue-tied. He stared at his cute moon rabbit, unblinking because the image of moon rabbit always ca to his dream, but when he tried to catch him, the moon rabbit would jump away and fly back to the moon.

"I have ford a friendship with Liling, so I will do it out of respect," Xiaojun said, which was true. He respected Liling for her bravery to fight against her father's will. She wanted to be a fighter instead of a simple housewife, and she fought for it.
Which was admirable in Xiaojun's eyes.
That was one of the reasons. The second reason was that Xiaojun was too scared to fight Long Shan. This guy looked very similar to Lu Bu from dynasty warrior ga. Sharp eyes and eyebrows, a glare that could kill, and overall huge posture.

Long Shan pulled Xiaojun to his embrace. He did everything out of instinct because he knew this might be the last ti he t his moon rabbit.
And he didn't want to ruin it by being an awkward coward.
