"Is that so? Have you bought everything you need?" Ye Xinluo asked while cooking.
"No," Gong Shaoyu replied. "I just got here, haven’t bought anything yet!"
Hearing this, Ye Xinluo smiled, "What do you want to buy?" He had co to Z City for a project; he shouldn’t be lacking anything, so why was he out shopping?
Gong Shaoyu smiled and turned to Jingxi, "Isn’t the little guy’s birthday in a few days? I thought I’d see if there’s sothing nice to buy."
Upon hearing this, Jingxi paused, put down his chopsticks, and said, "Shaoyu Dad, you’re so nice."
Gong Shaoyu replied, "Jingxi, what gift do you want?"
The little guy tilted his head, thought for a mont, and then said, "I don’t really want any gift. How about you all take
out to play!"
Ye Xinluo: "Where do you want to go?"
"I saw on TV a few days ago that Z City has a big amusent park. Let’s go there, okay?"
Upon hearing this, Gong Shaoyu recalled the amusent park he went to with Lan Shan that day and smiled. "Sure, I happen to be free that day and can take you."
Getting his agreent, Jingxi turned and looked at Ye Xinluo, "Mommy, what about you?"
Ye Xinluo replied, "It’s the weekend that day, so I can take you."

Feeling helpless, she sped up her pace to follow him into the mall.
