Chapter 292: Chapter 305: Let’s Not Call It Out

Beichen Rui was taken aback, not expecting him to suddenly wake up, or was it that this little bun never fell asleep in the first place.

"When did you wake up?"

The little guy chuckled, sat up on the bed, looked at him, and said, "Daddy, you’re so silly, did it take you this long to realize I was awake?"

"What did you call ?" Beichen Rui squinted his eyes slightly.

"Daddy!" After he said this, he reached out and pinched his face, saying seriously, "Are you going dumb?"

Beichen Rui: "..."

"Why are you calling

daddy?"

Jingxi rolled his eyes and said irritably, "If you want

to call you uncle, I don’t mind. If you don’t want

to call you daddy, I wasn’t eager to call you anyway."

"Who said you couldn’t call

that?"

He just hadn’t reacted at that mont. He had long wanted him to call him that, but this kid refused fiercely. The last ti he tried to get him to call him daddy, it was like forcing him to swallow a bullet. So why did he suddenly change his tune now?

Suddenly, he thought of a possibility and asked, "Did you overhear

talking with your mommy?"

The little guy didn’t hide it, nodded honestly, and said, "Yeah."

Earlier, when the little guy woke up and was ready to go to the bathroom, he realized this was where mommy stayed. So after using the bathroom, he wanted to go out and find mommy. Just as he opened the door, he heard mommy chatting with uncle, and it wasn’t intentional eavesdropping.

Because he felt it wasn’t good to interrupt others’ conversations, he crouched by the door and listened for a while. Just when he was about to go back to the bedroom to sleep, he heard uncle apologizing to mommy.

Driven by curiosity, he stayed by the door and listened for quite a while. "I was getting up to go to the bathroom, and seeing no one in the bedroom, I planned to go out and find soone, but I accidentally heard it."

"Accidentally?" Beichen Rui raised an eyebrow. "Call

daddy again, let’s hear it."

"No." The little guy turned his head, ignored him, and lay back down on the bed to sleep.

Beichen Rui twitched the corner of his mouth, ... fine... this guy is being tsundere again.

For so reason, his mood brightened significantly, and he didn’t bother to pick up the phone anymore. He reached out to turn off the bedside lamp and lay down to sleep.

Just as he lay down, the little guy turned around, draping his arms and legs over him, just like a koala bear.

A great night’s dream...

Early the next morning, Housekeeper Lin brought over a few sets of work clothes for Beichen Rui, handed them to him, and then left.

Taking the clothes back to the bedroom, the little guy was still asleep, so he went straight to the bathroom.

After several people finished breakfast, they all went to the company together, and of course, Jingxi tagged along with them.

Arriving at the company, upon seeing Xu Kun and Mo Han, the little guy greeted them with a smile, "Hello Uncle Mo, hello Uncle Xu..."

The two of them wore expressions like they’d seen a ghost. It wasn’t surprising they were startled; it can only be said that the little guy’s scheming skills were no less than his father’s, leaving both of them with psychological shadows.

Once the little guy followed Beichen Rui into the office, the two of them gathered together.

Mo Han: "What’s going on today? Jingxi suddenly greeted us out of nowhere?"

Xu Kun replied, "How would I know."

"What are you guys talking about?" Lan Shan suddenly spoke up. When they turned around, they saw her standing behind them, giving them a fright.

"What are you doing standing there? Walking without making a sound?"

"It’s you two talking too seriously, not paying attention, you can’t bla ." Lan Shan claid she was wrongly accused. She was originally going to take the docunts to find the CEO, but because the two of them were chatting here, she spoke up to greet them. How was she to know they hadn’t noticed her?
