"What are you talking about, child? Xia Xue is family. Why wouldn’t she be here?"
Huang Yufen imdiately took exception when she heard Wang Hao’s words.
From the first ti she t Xia Xue, Huang Yufen took a particular liking to the girl, wishing Wang Hao would marry her imdiately, and now she treated Xia Xue as her own daughter-in-law.

"Now that you’re back, don’t just stand outside; let’s go into the house and talk!"
After saying this, Huang Yufen walked straight into the kitchen since she still had food cooking on the stove.
No sooner had Huang Yufen left than Wang Hao took Xia Xue’s hand and led her inside.
"What? You’ve co to et your future in-laws so soon?"

"Go on! Look at how pleased you are with yourself!"
Xia Xue’s face flushed red as she gave Wang Hao a disdainful glance and retorted.
"I’m just taking the ti to check out how the Chinese herbs in the greenhouse are growing since they’re about to reach the mature stage. Is that not allowed?"
"Of course, it’s allowed. Mrs. Wang is always welco to inspect the place!"
Wang Hao said shalessly.
"Get lost, don’t talk nonsense!"
Xia Xue quickly spat back at him, but her body honestly didn’t resist when Wang Hao reached out his hands to hold her.
Wang Hao had been busy in Zao City recently, so being embraced like this was a rare occurrence which Xia Xue thoroughly enjoyed.
The two of them couldn’t help but embrace each other impulsively.
