Wang Hao wasn’t concerned, he was actually curious about the story of the golden dragon, so he decided to ask for clarity.

But Gao Chao wasn’t ho, they said he was out working.

"You can also ask for any information you need, I’ll tell you everything I know."

Knowing that Zhou Yingying and Wang Hao had co to look for Grandpa Gao, Gao Chao’s mother politely said.

"I want to ask if your grandfather-in-law often ntioned the golden dragon before when he was at ho?"

Zhou Yingying asked directly.

"What do you need this for? Does this have anything to do with my grandfather-in-law’s disappearance?"

Gao Chao’s mother was montarily stunned, but then she quickly put on a smile and said.

"The old man has so ntal issues, he would often say things that people couldn’t understand. But I really don’t know about this golden dragon, he only ever told these things to my child’s father."

Zhou Yingying was just about to ask more when she saw Gao Chao and his dad co back with hoes on their shoulders; Gao Chao’s mom simply left Zhou Yingying and Wang Hao to them and went into the house to cook.

Zhou Yingying repeated the question she had just asked.

"When I was a kid, grandpa taught to recite so strange phrases, but I was not very bright and always forgot. He even told to carve it on my body if I forgot."

"I was both scared and playful at the ti, so I didn’t rember anything, but you can ask my dad, he should rember!"

Gao Chao thought carefully and indeed recalled such an incident, but he hadn’t paid much attention back then, so he led them to his dad.

"Yes, when I was a kid, my dad also recited so odd ancient text to . It was classical Chinese, but it didn’t rhy like ancient poetry."

Gao Chao’s dad thought for a mont and then added.

"It’s been such a long ti, I can’t rember clearly, but it was basically about so dragons lying beneath mountains, dragon springs opening their eyes, sothing about a chain of seven stars – all sorts of mysterious stuff that I couldn’t make heads or tails of."

"Oh right, I also wrote these things down. Officer, please have a look, do these have anything to do with my dad’s disappearance?"

"Oh, I was just investigating in town and heard that soone heard the old man murmuring these things before he disappeared, so we ca to ask. Is it convenient to borrow this notebook?"

Zhou Yingying took a notebook containing so ancient text that was completely incomprehensible.

"No problem, you can take it. It’s useless for to keep it since I can’t understand it."

"Thank you very much!"

After finishing speaking, Zhou Yingying and Wang Hao left. Wang Hao took the notebook and carefully flipped through it, feeling more and more puzzled, but this was also an unexpected find.

"Have you figured anything out?"

Zhou Yingying, seeing how seriously Wang Hao was looking, asked in confusion.

Anyway, she had casually flipped through it and hadn’t understood anything.

"What is written here is almost the sa as what Zhao Xiaoming said, basically, there is a dragon trapped under a mountain, and then there’s a spring whose eye is the eye of this golden dragon, but I can’t understand the rest."

Wang Hao couldn’t help but frown.

"I think this is just sothing the old man made up out of confusion."

Zhou Yingying sighed.

"Absolutely not!"

Wang Hao answered firmly.

"Why?"

"Think about it, Gao Chao’s dad said that when he was a child his grandfather made him recite it. How old could Grandpa Gao have been at the ti to be confused?"

Wang Hao analyzed seriously.

Zhou Yingying was stunned, feeling that Wang Hao made a lot of sense.

"But although these old sayings are convoluted and hard to understand, every word and sentence seems to suggest a certain place or so strange phenonon."

"You said you found out that Grandpa Gao only had an elentary school education, so how could he write these weird ancient texts?"

Zhou Yingying was stumped by Wang Hao’s question; Wang Hao was actually taking this matter even more seriously than she was.

"Could it be that Grandpa Gao really went to search for the golden dragon?"

Wang Hao said, frowning.

"You haven’t got a problem too, have you? How can there be dragons in this world?"

Zhou Yingying looked at Wang Hao in astonishnt and quickly reached out to check if Wang Hao had a fever.

Wang Hao grabbed Zhou Yingying’s hand all at once.

"Don’t worry, I am perfectly healthy!"

Seeing that Zhou Yingying still wore a worried expression, Wang Hao laughed and said.

"You’ve got to trust your man! I’m pretty strong, you know!"

He said, intentionally blowing air into Zhou Yingying’s ear.

Being teased like that by Wang Hao, Zhou Yingying imdiately blushed, struggling lightly a few tis.

"Pfft, who said you’re my man! Don’t flatter yourself!"

Wang Hao chuckled.

"Then what is our relationship?"

Zhou Yingying gave Wang Hao a sideways glance.

"A friendship will do!"

Seeing Zhou Yingying’s petulant expression, Wang Hao felt his blood surge, and he stretched out his hands to firmly knead her waist a few tis before pulling her into his embrace and whispering into her ear.

"Yingying... I like you..."

Zhou Yingying was so startled by the sudden hug that her face drained of color, but trapped firmly in Wang Hao’s arms, she couldn’t move.

"Hey, let go, I’m going to scream for help!"

Zhou Yingying shouted.

But at that mont, Wang Hao was completely imrsed in the tenderness of Zhou Yingying’s body, not willing to let go, instead taking even more liberties.

Seeing that Wang Hao had no intention of stopping, Zhou Yingying felt both embarrassed and angry, leaving her no choice but to use her trump card,

and she bit down hard on the muscles in Wang Hao’s chest.

Wang Hao groaned, but afraid of hurting Zhou Yingying, he finally let go.

"Zhou Yingying, are you a dog or sothing? Biting like that!"

"Serves you right! That’s for bullying !"

Zhou Yingying glared at Wang Hao furiously and ran off.

Wang Hao touched the spot where he had been bitten and shook his head with a wry smile.

"Won are so high-maintenance! Sooner or later, I’ll deal with you!"

So, with the notebook in hand, he decided to head ho, when he rembered the milk candy he had bought for Ya Ya, and decided to stop by Zheng Cailian’s house first.

It had been quite so days since he had last seen Zheng Cailian, having been so busy he’d almost forgotten about her.

Just as he entered the yard, he saw Zheng Cailian serving dinner with Ya Ya, ready to eat. Ya Ya was so excited to see Wang Hao that she nearly jumped for joy.

"Uncle Hao, you’re finally here! I haven’t seen you in such a long ti."

Upon seeing him, Ya Ya hugged and kissed Wang Hao enthusiastically.

Zheng Cailian stood by, watching the two so affectionate, feeling comforted.

"Ya Ya, did you miss uncle? I brought you milk candy especially."

After saying this, Wang Hao took out the candy and handed it to Ya Ya.

"Yes! Mommy and I missed you a lot!"

"You’re here! Have you eaten? Why don’t you join us?"

Zheng Cailian was also overjoyed to see Wang Hao. Although she missed him deeply, she knew he was busy with his career and didn’t want to bother him.

Wang Hao indeed hadn’t eaten dinner, so upon hearing Zheng Cailian’s invitation, he accepted.

The three of them sat at the dinner table, chatting and laughing rrily, and Zheng Cailian felt as if she was back in the old days. Though life was harder then, she felt very happy now.

After dinner, Ya Ya sneaked into her room to secretly eat the candy because Zheng Cailian wouldn’t allow her to have sweets at night.

Zheng Cailian was cleaning up the dishes in the kitchen when Wang Hao walked in and wrapped his arms around Zheng Cailian’s slender waist from behind.

"What’s up, missed ?"

Wang Hao whispered into Zheng Cailian’s ear, his warm breath spraying on her sensitive spots, making her entire body go weak.

"Hmm..."

Zheng Cailian moaned softly, her body lting into his touch.

"I missed you too..."

Wang Hao turned Zheng Cailian around to face him and said with deep affection, his eyes brimming with tenderness as if trying to lt her within them.

Seeing Zheng Cailian’s shy and captivating appearance, Wang Hao couldn’t resist pressing his lips against her red, enticing ones.

Their tongues intertwined, each sucking on the other’s essence, seemingly trying to draw each other’s soul out...
