Chapter 196: Cerberus (1)

ROAAAR!!!

A mighty roar shook the entire hall and sent everyone into fear and panic. People began crying and praying while so cowardly began running away searching for the exit, others just sat in their seats looking at the scene as if trapped in a living nightmare and couldn't do a thing about it. The roar was one no normal person or creature could create; even I had a montary pause with its strength.

This was no ordinary roar. This was the cry of a beast.

FUSHHH!

My instincts proved correct. The very next mont, the man in a robe slamd his black staff into the ground, and a circle made out of flas ford at his feet. The fla circle lit up, then split, revealing a silhouette from within. I could see the shadowy figure slowly rising until a head broke through the flas—a black head like that of a wolf.

ROAAAR!!!

Wrong!... not one head but three. Each head had sharp yellow eyes that glimred and glowed inside the hall's darkness. A black hellhound with three heads. The hellhound was fucking massive. It towered above , standing five ters and eight. The fucker was thrice as big as the bull.

'Why does this beast look familiar?' The thought flickered through my mind as I took in the terrifying sight.

"Kill them all, Cerberus!" the middle-aged man shouted. "RIP THEM TO PIECES, BUT BRING

THEIR HEADS AND THE HEARTS!"

"!!!!"

My hand rushed towards my waist on instinct, drawing the sword my father gave

all those years ago, Nosferat. The light reflected the beautiful craftsmanship of the weapon, a wonderful design, and unique form and shape that it was eager for its first use by . However, I managed to keep myself from rushing toward the beast since it was still stuck inside the portal, and I quickly shifted my focus to the woman behind .

"Victoria, take Mom and Aunt and move. I'll buy so ti. Make sure to get everyone out!"

I knew the only thing standing in the middle between the three-headed beast was

and the knights who were far away from the blast. But they would need so ti to realize what happened and gather their minds. A three-headed black dog is sothing out of nightmares—not sothing everyone will handle right away.

"But..." My twin sister was about to say sothing, but I stopped her.

"Butts are for sex, Vicky. Don't you worry, just get everyone safe!" I said, forcing a cheerful smile on my lips.

"Okay," the girl nodded with a low voice and grabbed my mom and aunt by the hand, running away to the left toward the second exit. anwhile, my father, uncle, and grandpa managed to get back on their feet and drew their swords. However, I knew that the swords wouldn't work against the beast.

"What in the Lord's na is this!..." Grandpa spoke, shocked, his eyes widened. He wasn't the only one. The look on every person in the hall was either that of fear or disbelief.

"Grandpa, focus," I spoke to the old man in a calm tone. "We need sothing bigger and more powerful to slay this beast."

I wasn't joking around; I ant what I was saying. Swords wouldn't hurt this beast much. Fortunately, thanks to the Ottoman Empire, we have in our armory sothing that can blow this fucker to oblivion—ten Turkish cannons in the walls, a dozen cannonballs, and gunpowder bombs.

"Grandpa, take so knights and head to the armory and bring all the bombs and cannonballs that you can find."

"WHAT?" The old man was shocked, but before he could say or do anything, I spoke again.

"Dad, you and Uncle go to the walls and prepare the cannons for battle. Aim at the east gate."

"What about you, Morgi?" Dad said, turning his head to . "Do you expect us to leave you alone here?"

"Sigh... I love you, Dad, but this is not the ti. I hope you can forgive ," I shook my head in reply. "Don't worry, I'll be fine since I'm far better with the sword than everyone here."

I wasn't lying when I said that. I am the best fighter in the county, and not just with swords—no, with every single weapon. Sir Walter, to this day, couldn't get over the shock of

beating him in a duel.

However, the reason I was the best one to take down this three-headed dog was because this is a trial. If this were my first ti seeing a beast like this, I'd probably freeze in my place. Fortunately, I saw worse, so I can conquer the fear that everyone else was experiencing right now.

ROAAAAR!!

With a roar, the three-headed beast was finally free from the flaming magical gate that brought him here, and his three heads were locked on his target. My beautiful ass.

"No ti to talk. Leave! I'll lure him sohow to the cannons."

"I won't disobey this order, Countess," the old man spoke. He wasn't an idiot. Although he was confused and not really sure about what the fuck was happening, he understood the best course of action. Not bothering anymore, he turned and moved, breaking into a full sprint with a group of knights on his tail. They ran into the west exit, leading straight to the armory. As for my father and uncle, they nodded before following Grandpa.

ROAAAAR!

"Co here, doggy."

Clenching Nosferat tightly, I took a deep breath, summoning all the courage I could muster, and charged toward the three-headed dog. The beast growled, baring his white teeth, showing off the rows of sharp fangs inside his mouth—or mouths. It was clear that the animal was furious and unwilling to let

and everyone else survive for long.

"ARGHAAAAAA!"

I charged forward, roaring with all my might, making sure the beast kept his focus on . As I was about to reach him, instead of jumping toward his three heads, I played it smart and slid under him, making sure to leave as many wounds as possible in his soft and unprotected underbelly.

"Graaarhaaa?"

A bloodcurdling roar shook the air as I successfully managed to cut the soft tissue under his belly. Blood and intestines began leaking out of his open wounds and falling to the floor, turning the area crimson along with the unbearable stench as the guts strewed on the ground.

"Good!" A sadistic smile crept on my face, seeing what my sword and my lucky strike managed to do. However, instead of going back for a second chance, I decided to change targets—the middle-aged man, the summoner.

Thud! Thud!

With heavy steps, I marched toward the middle-aged man. My eyes glared at him with intense fury and hatred. If the summoner died, then the summon would as well. Easy fix for the problem.

"Die, you piece of shit," I cried, reaching toward the old man with the sword in hand. My heart was burning, the adrenaline rushed inside my blood, and all my thoughts were focused on how badly I wanted to chop his head off and send his body to hell.

"Hiii!!!" he yelled like a little bitch, not expecting

to focus on him instead of his beast. As I charged, he began slamming the black staff on the ground repeatedly as if hoping for sothing to happen.

"Co one!...WORK!"

"DIE!" I swung the blade with all my strength. Just as I was about to chop him in half, the man exploded in black smoke, leaving nothing behind.

'Fcuk… Teleportation!'

I quickly rolled away from where I was standing, expecting a sneak attack from the enemy. However, no attack ca. Wondering why, I looked at my sword and noticed that the blade was covered in more blood.

'So I managed to land a hit.'

A small grin crept on my lips as a sense of accomplishnt washed over . Yet that didn't last long, since the beast turned his attention to

and roared.

"Fucking dog," I muttered, seeing that the wound I had done to the beast was already healing at an incredible speed.

'What a monster.'

"I think it's ti to use the heavy weapons," I said, turning around and sprinting towards the exit, knowing that the beast would follow .

"GRRR!!"

And the prediction ca true.

"UGHH!!, GO KILL HER, CERBERUS, KILL THE FUCKING BITCH!" the middle-aged man shouted, reappearing behind his summon. Clutching his chest where a wound was leaking blood, the man was not in his best shape, yet that didn't stop him from shouting.

"ROAAARRR!!"

"HAHAAHA, YEAH, RIP HER TO SHREDS!" the man laughed loudly, his eyes shining with madness. "AND BRING

HER HEART"

'I wonder if you'll keep shouting like this when I fuck your ass with a 20-inch dildo, bitch.'
