"Morgan, Lot, the two of you have really put through the wringer!"

After handling the affairs of the fairies, the fairy Morgan hurried to the military camp where Lot and Morgan were stationed. The mont she laid eyes on Morgan, she shot her an intensely resentful glare.

"I never wanted to beco the Fairy King. Wouldn't it have been better for to just live quietly as a recluse? But no I was forced into this position."

The fairy Morgan had considered running away, but with so many fairies placing their hopes on her, counting on her to lead them to survival, how could she possibly abandon them?

In the end, she had no choice but to grit her teeth and accept.

But upon seeing Lot and Morgan, the fairy Morgan couldn't help but vent her frustrations.

Hearing her complaints, Morgan smiled and waved her hand. "Isn't this the most perfect solution? If we, as humans, tried to forcibly suppress the fairies, they would inevitably resist. But with you a fellow fairy as their king, we can collaborate to bring true peace to this little island of Britain."

"...Fine, I understand."

The fairy sighed helplessly.

Because she knew one thing for certain

Morgan wasn't wrong.

Only by doing this could true peace be achieved in this world.

Then, after a mont of thought, the fairy Morgan spoke again:

"Next, we'll lead the remaining fairies back to the Fairy Realm. As for the collaborative efforts, your officials will handle them."

"Mm, don't worry. I'll definitely take care of that," Morgan replied with a nod.

Then, the fairy Morgan raised another question.

"What about lusine and the leader of the Wind Clan?"

"lusine has already beco one of my top generals," Morgan answered. "As for the Wind Clan's leader… do you really think I'd let them live?"

"Hm."

The fairy Morgan had already anticipated this answer

And she was more than happy with it.

The death of the Wind Clan's leader was nothing but beneficial, both for Calot and the fairies.

As for lusine's surrender? That was the best possible outco.

Having witnessed the events of the Lostbelt, the fairy Morgan absolutely did not want that child to co to harm again.

The discussion continued as the fairy Morgan raised other matters, with Lot and Morgan providing answers one by one.

Finally, once both sides reached an agreent, the collaborative developnt pact was set into motion.

From then on, the fairies would no longer be a threat to Lot's forces.

On the contrary

They would beco a trendous asset to Calot in the battles to co.

Several days later.

The aftermath of the battlefield had mostly been dealt with.

Prisoners of war with kind hearts were taken back by the fairy Morgan for ideological re-education. As for the stubborn ones? They were handed over to Calot's soldiers and put to hard labor.

Alongside the previously captured fairies, they would now contribute to Calot's developnt

Working.

Working endlessly.

Working until the construction of Calot was complete.

Soon after, Lot and his forces returned to Calot with their army and prisoners in tow.

However, a minor incident occurred during the handover of the captives.

The forr leader of the Fang Clan the one Lot had captured at the very beginning of the war demanded a rematch upon learning that the fairies had been utterly defeated with no chance of recovery.

But after months of surviving on nothing but a single bowl of thin gruel a day, the outco of the fight was a foregone conclusion.

Lot agreed

And effortlessly finished him off.

With that little episode over,

Lot and Morgan moved on to their next phase of developnt.

Farming. Crop cultivation.

Though Lot's body was that of a Celt,

His heart's desire to till the land could never be erased. Once things settled, he imdiately set about establishing agricultural initiatives.

"The Age of Gods won't let us grow crops?"

"Everything we plant just vanishes?"

Lot refused to accept this.

"Man can conquer nature."

That was the mindset carved into his bones.

"If you're useful to , then you're a god worth worshiping. If not? Then you're worthless."

Knowing the gods were useless, Lot took matters into his own hands.

Seed selection, breeding, soil improvent…

Little by little, Calot's crop yields actually began to rise.

However

These were only stopgap asures.

The real solution lay in redoubling their efforts.

While Lot busied himself with this, Morgan was far from idle.

She, too, was occupied with sothing important.

Naly

Pregnancy.

With the fairy problem resolved, Morgan's belly gradually began to swell.

It seed Agravain's birth wasn't far off.

Lot and Morgan were relatively attentive to this child.

But since they already had experience with Gawain, they weren't overly worried or at least, not as anxious as before.

Several months later,

Morgan was once again wheeled into the delivery room.

This ti, however, things were different.

Lot stayed by her side the entire ti, only stopping at the delivery room's entrance when the professional midwives barred his way.

"Hygiene is crucial for the mother."

Lot waited outside the room, restless with anxiety.

But unlike last ti, he now had company.

"Papa… is Mama really going to be okay?"

Gawain was just as worried.

Though she favored her father between the two, that didn't an she lacked affection for her mother.

Far from it.

In this era, childbirth was like walking through the gates of hell.

Seeing her mother in potential danger, Gawain couldn't help but fret.

"Don't worry. If she could handle a troublemaker like you, Agravain will be a piece of cake."

Patting his daughter's head, Lot smiled reassuringly.

"I wasn't that much of a troublemaker!"

Though reassured, Gawain pouted at her father's teasing.

"Oh? Then what's this?"

Lot pointed at the red plastic bucket beside Gawain.

The thing had been lying around, and the mont Gawain heard her sibling was about to be born, she'd imdiately brought it out?

"I just want my little brother or sister to grow up quickly! That way, they can help you sooner!"

Scratching her head, Gawain grinned sheepishly.

Lot ruffled her hair into a bird's nest.

"That won't be necessary. I can handle the administrative work just fine. Agravain deserves a proper childhood. I don't want him burdened so early."

Gawain had it easy all she had to do was train and chop people up on the battlefield.

Not too difficult.

But Agravain's responsibilities would be far heavier.

Forcing that onto a child would be downright cruel.

Even in Britain, child labor laws had to an sothing!

"Hehe…"

Gawain just giggled as her father ssed up her hair.

As the two chatted, the sound of a baby's cries echoed from the room.

This being Morgan's second delivery and with her body strengthened by her imnse magical energy the birth went smoothly and quickly.

The mont she heard the cries, Gawain nearly bolted inside to see her mother and Agravain.

But Lot held her back.

"Wait. Let them finish up first."

After a short while, Lot and Gawain finally entered.

True to tradition, Lot ignored Agravain entirely at first, focusing solely on Morgan.

"How are you feeling?"

"I'm fine. Really. And Agravain? Definitely the quiet type."

Now experienced, Morgan was far calr this ti. She'd even propped herself up in bed and was munching on an apple.

"Good. But rest properly no running around. You need to recover."

Seeing Morgan in good spirits, Lot finally relaxed. Still, he couldn't help but remind her to take it easy.

"Relax. I know my own body. I may not be as tough as you knights, but I'm no slouch either," Morgan said, waving him off.

Then, her gaze shifted to the nursemaid holding Agravain.

"So… is Agravain a boy or a girl?"

"I'll check!"

Eagerly, Gawain took on the task, peering over the nursemaid's shoulder.

After a glance, she turned back.

"Agravain is a little brother."

"Mm. Understood."

Morgan and Lot nodded in acknowledgnt.

At the sa ti, Lot let out a quiet sigh of relief.

Because if Agravain had been a girl, he couldn't even begin to imagine what a gender-swapped version of him would look like.
