The Rakshasa appeared sowhat unnatural, looking a bit uneasy.
Seeing the Rakshasa’s flustered deanor, Ye Chen curiously asked, "What’s wrong? Why are you in such a rush?"
The Rakshasa glanced into the room and said, "Can you co out for a bit? I have sothing to tell you."
Ye Chen nodded and followed the Rakshasa out of the room.
Once outside, they found a deserted place and sat down together.
"What’s the matter?"
The Rakshasa, feeling troubled, hesitated for quite a while before saying, "There’s sothing... sigh!"
The Rakshasa let out a sudden sigh, slapping his thigh.
"What is it?" Ye Chen’s curiosity deepened.
"Last night, my forr departnt head contacted and told sothing."
From the Rakshasa’s tone and troubled expression, Ye Chen could guess it was sothing bad.
"Here in the Law Enforcent Alliance, the departnt heads and above could previously be described as a dark force! Worse than the other alliances!"
Ye Chen’s brow imdiately furrowed.
The Rakshasa continued, "You wouldn’t believe it; they actually have their own industry chain, which was led by Zhang Yun previously. These people never go out to hunt monsters. The reason they level up so quickly is because they set a rule for so of their subordinates, which is that every week, they must hand over four Experience Capsules each! Brother Chen, you should understand what this ans!"
Ye Chen’s expression turned grim; he knew all too well.

"This explains why they level up so quickly, and they let their subordinates commit cris in other places to disguise their actions from those above!"
As Rakshasa spoke, his fist clenched, anger written all over his face.
"And that’s not all. They also exploit mbers, implenting a ’ten percent cut’ rule. They’re inhumane, slaughtering the innocent, plundering people’s wealth. These are all the vile deeds they commit. Yesterday, the Green Devil, Hong Shan, and the five others ca to see , proactively reporting themselves and hoping I might give them a chance to spare their lives! Although Rakshasa spoke frankly, Ye Chen understood that the Rakshasa, coming in such a hurry early in the morning, naturally hoped he wouldn’t make things too difficult for them.

Li Jingshan was more stupefied, giving Rakshasa a blank stare.

Li Jingshan explained a lot, which was almost identical to what Rakshasa had ntioned.
The only slight difference was regarding so other incidents from the past.
After speaking, Li Jingshan stood still, not moving a muscle.
Ye Chen leaned back in his chair, smiling, "It seems that the higher-ups in this Law Enforcent Alliance are completely rotten, and that the mbers are living in turmoil."

Ye Chen nodded, and Rakshasa stood up to attend to the task.
Li Jingshan remained respectfully standing, awaiting Ye Chen’s instructions.
"Uncle Li, go back and inform Wu Shangyin and the others that you’ve already persuaded , and that I’m very angry. Tell them... hmm, tell them I’ve severely scolded Rakshasa and decided to dismiss him from his commander position for now, to keep them appeased and avoid any surprises."
Li Jingshan imdiately acknowledged and turned to leave.
Li Jingshan was now handling tasks energetically, the previous image of a crumpled old man vanished completely, now looking rejuvenated, as if a decade younger.

Ye Chen remained seated, contemplating.

The two of them also wore nervous expressions.

Rakshasa’s face turned stern as he recounted Ye Chen’s instructions.
At this, the two finally felt relieved.
