Ashlyn chirp excitedly when she saw but my focus is not on her but the monster behind her.
It is Scorpian Tail Ox but the weird thing is, its running on the air. No monster unless it is a winged monster can fly in the Kight stage but this scorpion tail Ox is walking on the air and its speed is very fast.
Seeing , Ashlyn’s sleepy face lit up and she suddenly increased her speed and went inside .
"MOOOOO...!"
The Scorpian Tail Ox seed quite surprised seeing and even stopped for a second before its face beca even angry as it leaped at in the air.
Bang!
I activated the mini blast at my highest speed and started to run, I had known these monsters battle power and even sensed now and know that I am no match for it.
Last ti I was only able to see the silhouette of this monster as it was lying near berries but now that I have seen it, I found it is no different from the other Scorpian tail Ox.
It has the complete red body, including the bright red horns and as its na suggests, It had a red scorpion tail which is very venomous and the monster is at the Peak lieutenant stage.
It is no different from other Scorpian Tail Ox but it is way more powerful than the normal Scorpian Tail Ox.
Mooo....
It scread again and increased its speed again and seeing that I started to spin the swirls even faster, I am already at my limit and now could only depend upon the swirls to get a boost.
While I was running from it, I was also racking my brain upon how the hell this monster was able to run on the way, as far as I know, no monster below Knight stage could fly in the sky unless it is a winged monster.
As I was racking, my brain I suddenly understood a thing. Miracle Fruit! This is the only thing could make such a thing happen and according to the knowledge I have, there are tens of miracle fruits that could make one gain the ability of flying.
This monster seed to have an innate sense for Miracle fruit otherwise It would have have been lying in the wait for miracle fruit to mature for months.
I wonder how many other Miracle fruits it ate and what sort of abilities it had gained.
While running, I looked at the monster with starry eyes while thinking about the ways of killing these monsters as the monster that had eaten the miracle fruit is very valuable.
Not only a monster but humans too, if Grimm monster to know that the amount of the Miracle fruit I ate, they will hunt like crazy.
I dont know if it is true on the human side but on the monster side, I have knowledge of that eating a monster core, there is a 1% chance to gain the ability that monster had gained through the Miracle fruit.
"Fuck!"
As I was busy with my thoughts, suddenly I sensed spike in killing the intent of that monster and next mont, I felt life-threatening danger.
Bang! Rip!
Instinctively I activated the Occult skill and Jumped using mini blast but I was a little late as it is dark red horn able to rip my back off and gave a grueso injury before I took the jump.
Gasp!
"Steel Body!" I shouted gaspingly when I look looked back at the monster, currently, the monster is covered in a silver silvery grey layer of the steel.
This fucking monster had already eaten the Miracle fruit that enabled it flying and now it is showing the steel body which is not the innate ability of the Scorpian Tail Ox that only ans that this monster has eaten the Miracle fruit that gave it a steel boy.
I dont know if it has any other abilities, god I hope it didnt have any more abilities and if it has then its shouldn’t be as offensive as this one.
I continue running and each ti it attacked, I would summon activated the Occult thod, if I had mastery over the Occult thod, then I wouldn’t be this desperate.
Much less run away, I would have able to fight this monster on equal terms if I had the Occult thod successfully practiced.
Bang!
Suddenly I felt killing intent in rising again and I felt that it was going to attack again, so I activated the Occult thod and jumped but when I jumped, I didnt feel its attack this completly confused whenever I felt the spike in its killing intent the attack would always arrive.
So, I looked back and saw that I Scorpain Tail Ox had awkwardly opened its mouth in my direction but nothing seem to co out it.
Is it activating so sort of Ability? I thought. That would be the only answer for its such awkward pose with its mouth wide open, it must have activated so noncombat ability or sothing and now that ability didnt seed to work on it.
MOOOOOOOO....
As if understanding this ability or whatever not working on it, it scread very loudly and ca at with even more ferocity but sadly for it, while it was in confusion I had activated the mini blasts several more tis and put a quite a lot distance between us.
Zup Zup Zup...
This seed to make it angry even more and it’s killing tenten toward increased even more and it suddenly started to shoot green liquid arrow’s through its tail.
Its finally coming! its poison is quite dangerous but as long as I avoid it will be fine, I thought and activated defense skill extra protection, through defense skill is like paper against its physical attacks, it should be able to block their poison arrows if they touched .
Ti passed in our chase and it has been five hours and I am dead tired, I am really at last as all this constant using of Rule power and activation of Occult thod have put a quite toll on while Ashly who brought all these troubles is quietly sleeping.
I tried to wake her up, but she is like a rock no matter what I do she is not awakening and that is scaring the shit out of .
Cry Cry....
As I was running, I heard a monster cry and found a bird monster coming toward us, seeing that I turn happy as only these instances, I was able to get the few monts of precious rest.
It ca toward us and directly leaped at Scorpian Tail Ox as it is the bigger one and have quite a at on its body.
Cry... Slice!
Another dead, when the bird attacked, the Scorpions Tail Ox responded angrily and tore it into two pieces with its steel tail, this had been a third bird that had torn by the monster in these past five years.
All the obstacles ca between the chase it had torn them apart with its steel knives, no matter what ca in its way, it will crush that thing and will follow .
Its like this monster truly understood the value of Miracle fruit and would not stop until it got it.
Chew Chew!
Another half an hour passed and I really started worrying about my life as I could only support myself for fifteen minuits max and was thinking about the ways to get away from this monster when I heard the familiar chirp inside and hearing that familiar sound I have finally able to heave a sigh of relief.
I am finally safe.
