"Here is your order," said the server as she finally brought our order.
"It is slling heavenly," I said. The special is huge, roasting fish, crab soup, oysters, and many other things, which fill the whole table.
The server opened the bottle of wine and filled three glasses.
"To long life and great success," toasted Dyvar. "Happy birthday, Grandma," "Happy birthday, Pri Syvar," I wished as we clinked the glass.
"Thank you, dear. Pri Arys. Both of you have made my birthday special," replied the old woman.
I smiled and took a sip of the wine, and I have to say it’s good. It’s not complex that takes the journey, but simple that keeps you grounded.
I couldn’t help but take another sip, which brought tears to my eyes. They noticed it, but didn’t say anything.
A few monts later, I put the glass down and turned to the food.
"It’s really good," I praised as I took a bite of the fish. It is roasted with spices, but those spices didn’t take the natural flavor of the fish away; they enhanced them.
We barely talked as we took. I didn’t even ask about the place we are leaving for.
This is the best food I have had in this city. Better than even so of the gems I had found. The level of the food isn’t great, it’s Primary, but it satiates the soul.
It is a place that you would take your family to, and I wish so desperately mine was here, sitting across from .
I pushed away the thoughts and focused on the dinner.
Soon the whole plate was cleaned up, but we didn’t ask for a second. This is a kind of food that you don’t overeat, or you lose the charm of it.
Though we did order a dessert, it was a fruit ice cream made from the fruit found in the deep sea.
It’s quite good, full of flavor.
I finished the ice cream and turned to the old woman. A mont later, a small crystal bottle appeared in my hand. It is only a palm-sized object, holding a clear liquid.
Though if one looks clearly, they would see multifloored lightning bolts swimming in it.
"Please accept this gift, Pri Syvar. I hope you will help you in your journey," I said, handing it to the old woman. "Pri Arys, you didn’t have to," replied the old woman.
"You should accept it, Grandma," said Dynvar with eyes and voice serious.
They are intently focused on the bottle.
The old woman noticed it imdiately and looked at the bottle. At first, she didn’t notice anything special, but in a mont her eyes turned wide with shock.
"Is this?" she asked.
"The law spirit of lightning law," replied Dynvar, before she turned to .
"You hadn’t brought this out when we traded the stuff, Pri Arys," said Dynvar, her eyes accusing. I laughed seeing that.
"I didn’t have that at that ti. I had crafted it a few months ago," I replied, and the shock in their eyes widened, which is understandable.
Crafting the law spirits isn’t easy. Even most Silver Pri’s couldn’t do it. It needs certain types of skills or senses to craft the spirits of law.
"You can craft a law spirit?" they asked in unison. "It is a specialty of my house," I lied, but there is so truth in it.
After I taught my father the art of crafting wine, it was first research, but then he took a liking to it. Our styles are different, my father’s technical, but I go with the feel.
"It is a very difficult skill; we had a Silver Pri, who could do that, but he died a few centuries ago," said the old woman.
"Pri Arys, would you do a favor and craft wine for ?" asked Dynvar. Looking at with expectant eyes.
"Sure, after we returned," I replied with a smile.
The gift was intentional, and so was accepting her request. Wine is one of the most important legal resources; they are in very high demand.
The reason is simple.
The wine took one in space, where one could comprehend better. If it considered is very, but if it is makes one drunk as in that state, one comprehend better.
The spirit is very strong. It is why, I only took a sip.
One sip would make Pri Syvar leave the world for a couple of hours.
She isn’t as strong as her granddaughter, who is at the limit, while she is a High-Pri and has been at that stage for quite a while.
Soon, they finished their ice cream, and we got up. Paying the bill, but also leaving a generous tip.
"Once more, thank you for the precious gift, Pri Arys," thanked the old woman. "You have already thanked enough, Pri Syvar," I replied to the old woman.
"The gift is too generous not to thank you. Pri Arys," said old woman; this ti, I didn’t reply.
"Have a good night, both of you," I replied and waved at them before flying away. Tomorrow we are leaving, and I have a few things to do.
Soon, I reached my small house on the hill, before stepping inside.
Since I had already eaten, I entered my core and directly stepped into the library. Usually, I comprehend the rules after I enter the core after dinner, but today I went directly to my desk.
I have ideas that I have to sort out. I don’t want to forget it.
So, I noted them all down for an hour before sitting on the carpet to comprehend the rules.
I have made massive progress, and every day, I am making a tiny bit. It is nothing compared to the marsh, but if I keep making such a process, in ti, it will be big.
That is what I am counting on.
There is ti until I make a breakthrough into Pri. Years, and that is a lot of ti to make massive progress, and I hope I will.
