I had just moved away when I heard a powerful roar. Imdiately, my eyes shone, before turning serious, seeing what it was doing.
Burst 80%.
I took the burst to 80% and moved forward, reaching the monster in seven seconds, before moving toward it.
It stopped mid-attack, before turning to and attacking.
CLANG!
My halberd clashed against the thick claws of the purple tiger monster, with lightning arcs covering his whole body.
The monster is thrice the size of , with sharp claws that will have no problem tearing into the pieces. It is also powerful; it was able to stop my attack without much shaking.
"Thank you," said the human man fighting it, before running away.
If I hadn't arrived in ti, the monster would have torn him to pieces, and it wouldn't have been the monster's fault. The man had himself gone after this monster; he could have chosen the opponent of his power, but chose this one.
It was above his level, and he didn't seem to have enough skills to bridge the gap of power of power to kill the monster.
ROARRR!
The monster roared, and a shot storm of lightning at .
I retreated imdiately, and before bringing my halberd ahead to take on the attack, and it did. The lightning struck it, before flowing through it and covering my body whole.

It had just happened when I felt the monster appearing behind silently and attacking .
CLANG!
I reacted swiftly and moved my halberd back, defending against the attack, while still covered in the lightning, which had beco denser with the attack.
A mont later; it rapidly decreased until nothing had remained, while the monster watched in shock.
The monster is powerful, but my armor is made to deal with the energies. It will have to do much better if it wants to harm with the energy.
ROARRR!
The monster roared and attacked again with a storm of lightning. I quickly moved my halberd and defended against the attack, before attacking with the claws.
CLANG CLANG CLANG
Its claw clashed against before it released the lightning again and then attacked again with the claws.
The monster didn't rest for even a second and continued to attack , with the elental attacks and its thick claws.
Which I had never let too close to .
Seconds passed and its attack got stronger and stronger and soon it reached its peak.
"I had expected more," I said to the monster and attacked.
It seed to sense that this attack was different from all of my other attacks, but it was a monster, after all.
It could only respond with two things, attack or retreat; there is no way it would retreat. This is a horde and monsters in it didn't retreat until the signal from the top or the things beco too bleak, both of which yet to happen.
So, it decided to attack.
I attacked back, but this ti, just when my halberd reached near its claws. I moved and appeared by its neck, before bringing down my halberd.
It sensed the danger and lightning covered its whole body densely and it moved to retreat, and I have to say, its speed is quite fast, but still not fast enough.
Pachack!
The wet sound rang out as my halberd decapitated the monster.
I collected it before a single drop of blood fell to the ground and moved toward another monster. The powerful ones who are fighting against the people might get killed by them.
Minutes passed, and I killed the monsters, but they kept coming like unending tide.
There is a reason, the hordes are so feared. These bastards would keep coming till they finished off the enemy, but this ti, the dumb monsters had chosen the wrong enemy.
Nearly all the people who are fighting here have been captured by the cultists and that has created a lot of anger in their hearts.
They have just given themselves as things to spend that anger on.
I could see how people were fighting, most of them enjoying themselves, as they had finally got the outlet to bring out that bubbling anger they had been holding in their hearts.
I also had that anger, but I am not letting it out like these people.
It is a good way to end up in the stomach of the monsters, as so people did. Though it would be unlikely to happen to , I would rather not take a chance, where there are much safer options to let out all that anger.
Soon, I killed the monster, I was fighting and moved toward the group of seven monsters, which were fighting against the three.
These seven hog monsters are all at the Peak of the Earth Sovereign, with their leader being especially strong. These three people are quite strong, but now are heavily injured, and seeing coming, looked sowhat relieved.
"That one, with the deep-red tusk, is quite dangerous," inford the woman, and I nodded before mobbing toward it, to her surprise.
Burst 90%.
CLANG!
My halberd clashed against the deep-red tusk of the monster, and I shook, while the fiery red energy covered my whole.
As it happened, the monster disappeared from its spot with the puff of fire and appeared behind , before trying to ram those sharp red tusks at my back.
CLANG!
"Good, show more of your power," I said with a grin as I defended against the attack.
I may not use these monsters to relieve my anger, but I could use them to relieve my thirst for the battle, and this one is quite well. Not only it is powerful but also quite experienced, if those marks hidden beneath its fur were any proof.
CLANG CLANG CLANG
It disappeared again and attacked, when I defended, it once again disappeared before attacking again.
The attacks kept coming, and I defended against them.
They are powerful and sotis would co to light in unexpected directions like the top. Where it would go all vertical and move at with its tusk down.
It is an amazing attack, given the size of those long tusks, but not as effective against the humans as it is against the monsters. Though, if they burrowed even a centi into ; they will do the sa thing, they will do the other monsters.
Burn to the ashes.
Those tusks contain an imnse amount of fire elental energy, and I want them. I already decided, what I am going to use them to forge.
Another few seconds passed when I dodged the attack instead of directly clashing against it.
I appeared above it as if had many tis above , before bringing down my halberd.
Puch!
My halberd pierced through its eyes and lted its brain. I could have decapitated it, but I wanted its body whole.
I looked around and saw those people have dealt with one hog, but there are still five more. I reduced the number by a further two before moving away toward the powerful monster I had sensed.
I could have killed the three too, but those three are more than capable of dealing with them.
