I and others listened to Vice-Governor Shan, reading out the monthly report on the boroughs.
My borough didn't stand out, though she pointed to the above-average increase in its finances.
This is my first monthly eting, where I sat at the table. I attended one last month, and on the second day, I arrived in the city.
Like the two people who arrived this month are doing.
"Everybody, please improve on the areas I had directed. People's lives are dependent on it," she said, as the eting ended.

It was evening, and the streets were crowded under the beautiful magic lights. Everywhere I looked, I would see people, who belonged to different races; so I couldn't even recognize.
People are having fun and I tried to have so too. I didn't have to be lonely and miserable all the ti. I could find so joy in loneliness.
I have been invited to gatherings and parties by other leaders, but I declined. Till now, I had only attended a single party, and it was fun. I am a Grade 6 culinary master; a mastery usually Sky Sovereigns have. It ca with a lot of privileges; under this, she will be tested under the paraters of professional, rather than practitioner.
There is a large quota in the organization for people like us. Having murder hobos isn't enough, an organization also needs professionals at all the streams to keep it balanced.
The line moved quickly, before it still took , forty-minutes to get my order, which the girl's mother had handed to .
I took the order and sat at the small table for a single person and began to eat it while drinking the ice-cold lemony drink.
It was beautiful tonight under the bright moonlight. There are many couples sitting around , mostly Primary-I and Primary-II, but I would also see so Sovereign.

I had covered us with a privacy sphere, but people still looked at . In a few minutes, I finished up my al and walked away.
I cast another illusion on as I road the streets, with my soul sense covering the whole borough.
I wish I could scan the other boroughs, but that is strictly forbidden. We could only use our soul sense to scan the borough we are responsible for and not the other borough.
Which limits the ability to investigate.
I wanted to release my sneaky soul waves so many tis, but controlled myself. Governors' soul sense is covering the whole city and seeing how powerful he is, he might discover them.
So, until I beco sure that it won't happen; I won't be using my soul waves to scan the area outside of my borough.
Another hour passed, and once again stopped, watching the quarrel between two drunkards, but this ti, the guards reacted and stopped the quarrel before sobering them up with their energies.
