"It is all because all your focus had been on critter Sky Sovereign. If not for it, you would have been able to discover rather easily," I replied, giving him a convenient excuse for his inability to sense, and he nodded.

"So, you know what these things are?" he asked, and I nodded, before throwing a crystal at him.

"Yes. I had co across information about them a few years ago," I replied as he caught the crystal and seeped his soul sense into it.

A few seconds later, his eyes widened in surprise with a hint of horror in it.

"My god!" he exclaid in fear as brought out his soul sense out of the crystal. "These things are far more dangerous than I had thought," he said, looking at , while all I could do was nod.

I hope he didn't kill them, and he likely didn't, because half-elf was also there, and he had marked him deceased.
