In just three attacks, it had been injured seriously. So much that I need imdiate dical attention, and rest, which I will not get unless I kill it, which seed like an impossible task, given the difference in our strength.
It is not like I didn't have any option against it. I could burn my blood and it might help to kill the bastard, but it is not an option I am willing to take unless there is no choice.
It is the option I was planning to take after the first attack, but seeing it was more interested in breaking my will rather than killing ; it gives a chance to rely on my trusted move.
