My expression turned serious when I saw him like the powerful attack, to the giant wave coming from behind.
Controlling the water is hard in the pri world. He would need a legacy inheritance, a bloodline, or a very powerful racial ability, and his race had that ability.
Though it is not powerful, it is powerful enough. He could borrow so power from the water.
It is quite surprising to see this kind of power usually used by Earth Sovereigns and above. It is extrely hard for a Sovereign, but he is doing that and that further reinforced my motivation to kill him.
