I took a deep breath and initiated the breakthrough; a mont later, the breakthrough formation buzzed, and with it, the brown-green formation inside my skin also appeared out.
It will play an important role in this breakthrough, or should I say, make it more dangerous.
I just hope it will behave as I predict it would be. Going above that will make pay a very high price.
As the breakthrough formation activated, the essences begin to co out of the bottles and begin to fill the runes. It is happening fast, faster than it had to happen during the normal breakthrough.
While others may be able to make a breakthrough in it; I have designed it myself, and now even better than before.

For a few seconds, everything was fine, but soon, I begin to feel the pain.
It was slight at first, but slowly it increased till it beca painful.
The normal breakthrough should be painless, but it is brownish green formation is doing sothing to my body and soul; sothing quite dangerous.
Nobody in a sane mind will try to do sothing like that; even those insane wouldn't do it, as it would make their breakthrough unsuccessful.
Unless it is what they are trying to do.
I am not. I am different from the others, the forbidden power inside my cell and speck of the soul let do this thing. Even with it, I need to be careful; it won't be an overstatent if I say, I am dancing on the edge of the blade.
The pain continued to increase, till I needed to grit my teeth to bear it.
Thankfully, it had stabilized by them, but even then, it is extrely painful, and it will last till the end of the breakthrough. Where I will know when I succeed or not.
A failure will give pain greater than this, just thinking about it made my whole-body shudder. A success, on the other hand, will make climb the first step toward the sovereign stage.
An hour passed, and my core had consud half of the resources.
Seeing that, a smile couldn't help but appear on my face. I have done tinkering with my breakthrough, so my core will absorb more resources than it should.
Doing that is extrely dangerous, but I don't have any choice.
Every minute, my core would consu more and more resources. Its speed is imnse. If anyone were to see it, they would get shocked. This is why, to guard against it, I had created a cloak around the formation.
I feel it is good enough to even fool the casual swipe of soul sense from the Earth Sovereign, but I will only know for sure if the soul sense of Earth Sovereign sweeps by it.
I hope that did not happen.
Once the interest of such a powerhouse was piqued, I could say bye-bye to my freedom.
