Ashlyn's wings ripped through the monster's hide; unlike my blade, she was not having a problem, but the thing is, the monster is healing too fast.
Even when Ashlyn attacked it with fire in her wings, it still healed at visible speed, but its speed of healing was slowing down. In just half a minute, it had been reduced by the 20%.
This is huge that only Ashlyn could achieve it.
In half a minute, she had slashed it thousands of tis; her speed was imnse that even I could not follow her.
She is ripping through it, weakening its healing power and defending, and soon, the ti will co when it dies.

I was watching when suddenly Nero showed the vision of a monster; a few seconds later, it died in Nero's stomach as he simply swallowed it.
It was a second monster that had co our way since we had started fighting; Nero had killed them both.
It is why I had kept Nero out despite knowing that I would be able to kill the wolf quickly if I sent both of them inside.
I would need him outside to deal with anything that ca our way; as sure as hell, I can't do it.

Another minute passed when finally, Ashlyn's wing tore through the neck of the wolf, decapitating it in a single attack.
Imdiately, all the remains disappeared, and so are the shields, leaving behind no proof of the battle. Even the blood I vomited vaporized the mont it ca out of my mouth; I had specially designed a formation for that a long ti ago.
"Let's go," I said and imdiately began to move without wasting even a second.
I am burning my blood here and need to find a safe spot. If I stop it now, I will not have the energy to even run, much less use the stealth thod and fight against any monster that appears.
Thankfully one of our old safe-spot is near; in two to three hours, we will be able to reach, sooner if we are lucky.

I could hold on till that if no monster had appeared, and just as I thought that it had appeared, but a few seconds later, Ashlyn's wing tore through it, slicing it into two parts.
An hour passed, and we ca across another monster, but Nero dealt with it; it was quite powerful that, and Nero needed nearly four seconds to kill it.
I was quite impressed by his speed as that monster was not weakling, but Nero had been able to kill it at an extrely fast speed.
Another half an hour passed, and no monster had co. We have also reached our hiding spot, it was just as I had left it, and not the faintest monster presence could be felt it or around it, which couldn't help but make feel relieved.

I imdiately went to it, and instead of directly taking out the abode, I took the formation and activated it.
Only after checking it was working as I was expecting it to, I have taken out the abode and entered inside, and removed the clothes in the living room before summoning the tub of healing solution.

As I entered inside the yellow-green solution, the formation activated on its own and spread around my body while I slept.
I hadn't slept for more than four days, and after a tiring battle, I let go of everything and slept.

My mind buzzed, and I woke up forty-two hours later, fully recovered from the burning of the essence. Even I was surprised by it, as I thought it would take two days, given the amount of essence I had burned.
It is a record for , and I have to thank my clones for it; they did a little tinkering. Changed the formation a little and added a few more resources, including the new honey that I had harvested.
I am fully recovered, but not feeling refreshed as that feeling currently being overwheld by hunger.
So, I asked my clone to cook sothing for while I went to the shower; by the ti I ca out of my room wearing the new set of cloth, the dinner had been ready, and I just needed to wave my hand, and it had appeared on the table.
I did, and dinner appeared on the table, and I began to shovel it into my mouth.
I would have liked it if Ashlyn and Nero ate with , but I had gotten used to it. As both of them have been staying outside, they have never entered any safe spot with , loving the freedom they have got in this ruin.

Soon, I finished eating and cleaned the dishes before walking out of the safe abode.
I did not plan to rest actually till I had collected what I had left long ago, but conditions have forced ; now I have rested and recovered, there is no need to waste any ti anymore.
Now, I will only rest when I reach my breakthrough point, or the conditions force like they did two days ago.
Soon, I walked out of my abode and collected it and formation before resuming my journey.
It is a night without any light, which is fine by ; I have reached high-enough power that night and day die not to make any difference to .
An hour passed, and then another, and we have co across three monsters, but Ashlyn and Nero finished them quietly, and we continued moving as ti passed before we finally reached the spot.
'Nero, go bring it out,' I said as I hid in the stealth formation.

Nero nodded with his little head and went inside the ground, and a couple of seconds later, a shock couldn't help but appear on my face, and a gasp ca out when I saw the state of the underground.
The more distance Nero covered, the bigger shock would beco on my face.
About a year ago, there used to be a huge energy crystal mine in this place; they were very powerful crystals, albeit unpurified, but the deposit was huge, the biggest I have co across in this ruin, and now, it is completely disappeared.
I only saw bare few crystals here and there, but nothing else; it had truly shocked to my core.
Soon, Nero had found it, and around it, not a single speck of crystal; not only around, but even in the air, there was no extrely dense energy; it was the sa as I felt outside.
Nero picked the thing up, and a little more than a minute later, he dropped it in my hand.
I looked at the spherical object; it is the sa object with fractals on it, which I had found in the Rhaeks storage.
It was extrely damaged, and understanding what it was, Rhaek had tried to heal the damage, but as I had said, it required a huge amount of energy that even the whole Grimm race did not have.
Thank god they did not because this thing would have made a huge difference.
