I really wanted to focus on crossing the desert, but after seconds of watching, I put my backpack down and many things hanging down from my waist before running toward the two Grimms.
My mind wanted to run away, focused on the test as much as possible, but my heart wanted to rescue the won, especially when I felt the won being familiar.
So, I ran toward them under the scorching desert sun; I did not care how running was not optimum in this environnt, and I shouldn't be doing , but currently, I do not care. I want to reach there as soon as possible and rescue that woman.
They discovered within a minute, and to my surprise, the won took a sharp turn in the opposite direction seeing .
Hun!
It surprised , but I soon understood her intentions; with her running in the opposite direction, the Grimms had been forced to choose between two humans, and if we know anything about it after fighting with them for more than ten thousand years, it is that they want all humans.
With the choice of who to follow, the Grimms chose both of us; one went to chase after the won while another ca at .
I stopped imdiately, seeing the Grimm coming toward .
Since it was coming toward anyway, why should I waste my energy moving toward it? It is better that I just wait for it; the precious few seconds of rest would help a lot in dealing with the giant Grimm coming toward .
The Grimm ca running before suddenly stopping a few hundred ters away from , and I could feel its big eyes on my face.
"Hahahaha…Micheal Zaar," It said with clear ecstasy, "Never in this place, I have wished to cross you. It would have been the end of , but here in the desert, it will be the end of you!" shouted Golden Fire Werewolf in ecstasy and ca at with those glowing ax in its hand.
I think it is unfair to give these damn Grimms the weapons; they already have a huge advantage in their size and the strength that ca with it, and now with these weapons, they have beco a terror. I can't imagine the humans who have fallen prey to the Grimms.
Soon there was only a hundred-ter distance between it, and it ca raging; it was a Golden Fire tribe, and I don't know whether it was a Master, Grandmaster, or a High Grandmaster.
According to the information, it is a Master is more than a decade old, and I know enough to believe such old information, what seeing the Grimms becoming High-Grandmasters from Masters in a matter of years and especially it being a Golden Fire Werewolf.
"Go to hell, Zaar!" shouted cakza and swung its ax at with a speed that seed really slow; I did not even need to take the help of a clone; it was experience.
Even though all my abilities are sealed to a common person, I have a great experience with Grimms that even with common senses, I could see everything, but that does not an I will have an easy ti dealing with them; as here, I am fighting one of the most dangerous battles of my life.
I did not have healing abilities or armor, and with these energy weapons which could tear through anything, its attack only needed to touch , given its sheer size, and I will be dead.
As it lifted its ax, I looked at its body language and began to move; unlike before, there would be no clash of weapons; its speed and physical strength were far greater than mine. I would have to dodge every attack of it if I did not want to be eaten by this bastard.
The claw ca at , and I moved to dodge it, but like , it could also predict what I would do and move its claws according to it.
This is why I have said this will be one of the most dangerous battles I have ever fought, and if I want to survive and much less win, then I will have to use every bit of advantage, I will have.
With that thought in mind, I connected myself to my clone vision, and imdiately, everything slowed down further. It is not just that; my clone also began to help analyze it, and imdiately, I could predict its moves with accuracy akin to seeing the future.
Unlike , my clone is not restricted inside my clone; it could use the analyzing power of the High-Grandmaster, even with the very bad visuals it is getting from , as my senses are restricted, and currently, I am not getting even 0.1% of what, I usually get with senses.
So, with the aid of my clone, I began to move as the prediction flashed around ; it seed to have noticed the change but did not seem worried as I brought down nearly eight-ter-long ax down toward .
It slowly ca down, and soon it reached when a frown appeared on its face when it saw that despite moving its ax toward as I moved, it was not able to catch , and even the distance between its ax and was widening to its frustration.
Bang!
Its ax crashed on the sand, but it imdiately hacked it toward without losing even a fraction of a second.
There was no change in my expression seeing the huge ax head coming at as I stopped, and when it was just a ter in front of , I jumped toward it, surprising even Grimm, who moved its ax, wanting to hack with into two, but even with strength and speed, it won't catch .
Step!
Like, I had said, it did not catch as I was successfully able to land the foot on its ax before jumping to the other side, and it couldn't do anything.
"Bastard!"
It cursed loudly as it stopped its ax and moved it back toward , which I predicted would happen, and moved to dodge it.
"Try harder, Grimm. It would be a true sha if you couldn't kill with all the advantages this place has provided you," I said through my parched lips as I dodged another of its attack.
"I will kill you!" it shouted and launched another strike at which I again dodged, and it once again attacked without wasting even a second.
I have to say this Grimm is good, especially with the advantage of speed and strength; it couldn't help but deepen the horror in my heart because it will be very hard for my fellow humans to deal with such enemies.
I hope the woman is fine. Though the chances are not in her favor, all I can do is hope. I have done what I could to save her; she will need to kill the Grimm on her own or survive long enough, so I can go help her, but the chances of that happening is quite low.
I don't know whether I will even be able to kill the Grimms given its power its size, as the bastard only needs one strike to kill , while with my little weapon, I will need more than one, and there is a high chance, that it might crush to death before that happens.
