"You are powerful, Tastak, and I will give you that, but if you are assuming this puny attack of yours could crush , then you are sorely mistaken," I said loud enough that the whole battlefield could hear it.
"Hehe, I really want to see how you are going to deal with this attack of mine," said Lightning Cheetaman grinningly while not stopping for even a mont from attacking.
"See then," I said, and just when my shields were about to crumble against this powerful attack, the lightning covering it began to get sucked into my shield at incredible speed that little more than a second later, every streak of lightning had vanished while Grimm looked at with a shock in its eyes.
"Internal energy! How could I forget that you practice an art." It said as it recovered from its shock.
I continued glancing at my shields which I filled with internal energy before looking into my eyes directly. "You are quite lucky with your art Zaar; even among the Grimms, there are very few arts that provide such strong internal energy for your level," The Cheetaman noted.
It is right; my unflavored internal energy is quite pure; even among humans, very few arts give such pure energy.
The most amazing thing what I did with it; I had experinted with my Inheritance energy and tweaked it a little so that the mont internal energy rged with it, its power exploded.
I had only supplied a faint stream of internal energy to my shields, but it was enough to deal with powerful lightning that was accumulated on my shields.
"Since you have brought out your internal energy, it is ti I kill you." It said, and a thunderous aura burst out of its body, the aura is so powerful that space begins to shake around it.
My eyes also lit up when I noticed an important thing; the Grimms like to show, but they have to be intelligent about it, less they gave great ideas to their enemies like it had just done to right now.

It shouted, and thick lightning covered its whole body before it moved toward its claws on both hands and ford huge lightning blades around the claws.
The lightning blade looked very dangerous that I imdiately doubled the output of internal energy into my shield, and it is a good thing I did; otherwise, sothing very bad would have had happened.

A defeaning tallic sound rang out the mont its lightning blade clashed against my shield with such force that if I had not increased the output of the internal energy just now, the attack would have injured very seriously.
There are huge arcs of lightning this ti, just pure force it had gotten from burning up that lightning.
It is really an amazing attack, and I could understand its shock when it saw surviving without any injuries. If it had been my friend, I would have told it; I only remained uninjured because of my preparations to deal with such force.
I had not only covered the shields with the internal energy, but also myself, or the shock of this attack would have injured enough that I would be vomiting blood right now.
CLANNNG CLANNNG CLANNNG
It imdiately got over its shock before it attacked with an even more powerful attack, but this ti, I was more prepared.
It had begun to attack as if it was in a frenzy, but it is in no frenzy. It is very calm and attacking with a clear mind; each of its attacks is calculated and would target the weakest link in my defense.
So, why it is attacking so frenziedly. Well, there are a couple of reasons for that; first and foremost are my strings. Even though it is very confident in its ability and the artifact behind it, it is cautious enough and wants to finish off as soon as possible.
The second reason is the spatial artifact behind it, the huge ring glowing in soft silver light.
It, like most spatial artifacts, accepts regular energy, and like most spatial artifacts, it requires a huge amount of it. This is consuming energy like the sea consus the river, and even with all its great strength, it could not feed these artifacts for hours.
Hell, it could not even feed it for half an hour; it is why it is attacking constantly, with barely taking any break in between.
It had been only two minutes since we began fighting, but it felt like we had been fighting for two hours. It is not the only one who had rapidly expanding energy; I am too rapidly expanding my internal energy rapidly.
Still, I will be holding on for quite a while, more than it could.

That thought had just entered my mind when suddenly, those huge swords began to expand, and their size had reached three tis of that original. These swords are more than twice bigger than the Grimm that is holding them and projecting far more power than before.
My eyes widened seeing those words, and I imdiately made the preparations to deal with them. I could die if I am even a mont late in dealing with them.
I filled myself and my shields with Internal energy and activated all the remaining formations which I had made to use the internal energy at its greatest advantage at my defense.

I had just prepared when the huge lightning sword, which is bigger than the sphere of shields surrounding , crashed into , and I shook.
The attack was so powerful that it shook from head to toe and every internal organ I have, and unlike before, it did not even stop for a mont to see the result of its attack before it attacked again as believing it would not be enough to deal with .
It is right about that, while it shook .. It is far from enough to kill ; it would need to use all its strength before it could have that chance.
