Once we were on our way again, Mati beca more talkative.

“So, you are a human? What kind of monster is that?” Mati asked.

“The worst kind, honestly. We destroyed our own race and locked them in this world and many others. You don’t know it yet, but you are also a human, and you should have gotten your mories back,” I explained as we started to swim on an upwards angle, still heading north.

“What do you an, should? Why don’t I if I am one of you? I don't see how that is possible because I have always been ,” Mati stated, and I nodded.

“Do you know your other sisters?” I asked. “That could be the key to unlocking that secret. If you know where they are, we are one step closer to finding the truth.”

“Nope, I know where they were, but they are like and move around. I could tell you where they were, but that was a really long ti ago,” Mati said, and I nodded but then gave her a look.

“You know, you didn’t go very far,” I ntioned, and Mati shrugged.

“I was waiting for Kieta. I an, I wasn’t sure if she would ever get off that island, but sothing told that she would. I can’t really place my finger on it. It was just a feeling, but now I feel better just being around you. I don't know if that ans I was supposed to et Kieta so I could et you or not,” Mati said, and I nodded.

“Well, since you are one of the seven sisters that I am looking for, it would make sense that you would want to be close to . I am trying to figure out why your father, a rmaid, would go and have children of multiple races. On top of that, all of you have an uncanny ability to avoid danger like the plague,” I explained, and Mati thumbed her lip.

“I have always wondered about that, but it always helps get out of tough situations, and I can always back up my mouth! There are a lot of jerks in the sea that wants to try and eat or just kill because I have caused a lot of trouble,” Mati explained, and I laughed.

“Well, I hope we don’t get into too much trouble. I would hate for half the ocean to be following us around in the submarine,” I laughed, and Mati gave a strange look, so I explained. “That is what you call the underwater boat I was in.”

“Oh! I see, but is there water inside?” Mati asked, and I nodded.

“Yes, if you ca on board, I would get you a room made with water in it. If you join and beco one of my girls, you will also be able to walk on dry land. You could feel the sand between your toes,” I laughed, and Mati nodded.

“Does sound interesting, but I don't feel like spreading my lower lips for you just yet. You still are incredibly ugly, and we are also getting close to the town,” Mati explained, and I frowned at her.

“Town? In the water?” I asked, and Mati nodded.

“The place is called Rock Bottom, but it is a long way from the bottom. We were actually pretty close to it before you decided to eat an entire giant sea turtle! Shell and all! No one is going to believe !” Mati laughed, and I nodded.

“That’s because you're full of shit. I never ate the shell, and I will drop it on anyone who thinks I did!” I warned, and Mati laughed harder.

“Of course, I am full of shit! I don't think it is very polite to empty myself while I am swimming around you,” Mati laughed, and I rolled my eyes, but I could see a large rock wall with a massive flat shelf with do-shaped buildings on it.

Many strange creatures were coming to and from the place, but there were only four dos. One of them was much bigger than the others, and that was what Mati pointed to.

“That is the Seeing Eye Bar, and then other places are so shops if you want to check them out first. They might even buy so of that jade from you since I will assu that you don't have any dollars. Or do you have so hidden in your belly?” Mati asked, and I rolled my eyes, changing my form back to Gorgon-rmaid form.

“Why, you aren’t going to treat ?” I asked, and Mati grinned at .

“I don't stuff things in my holes very often, unlike so people. I am what I like to refer to as chronically broke. Never really had a problem getting what I want, but you don't have the sa fun bags as , so I don't really think that you will get free things,” Mati said, jiggling her half-black and white breasts.

“This is true. I wouldn’t mind checking out the shops before we get ssed up,” I said with a smile.

“Good, then you can pay for my drinks and fight anyone that tries to mount !” Mati cheered.

“Is that a constant problem?” I asked Mati as we started to get closer.

“Problem? Not for ! Though, I do sotis feel bad when they die. Not like I want to kill them, but they end up doing it themself. I am surprised that Sebastian the card even lets co back. He says that it is for entertainnt value, but he is a weird one,” Mati explained as we swan down to one of the first shops.

“Well, I suppose that is a good thing. At least you haven't gotten abused or anything like that,” I said as Mati opened the shop door that was more like a hatch.

“Do I get abused? More like I am the abuser!” Mati laughed, and we went inside.
