Witch God's Small Thousand World.

Emperor Yi amplified the power of those from the Witch God Heavenly Court, and both armies joined forces, preparing to attack the location where Hou Yi and others were stationed.

Hou Yi's Heavenly Court was ready and waiting in full force.

In the endless void, countless legions gathered in perfect order. At the forefront of the army was a dragon carriage—upon the golden dragon carriage sat a man and a woman.

"What a pity the Eight Immortals aren't here; it would be much easier if they were."

From afar ca a cacophony of sinister howls.

Unbeknownst to anyone, people had appeared everywhere—from the corners of the vast cosmos to the primordial wilderness.

Among them, two figures stood out the most.

One was an emperor with a dignified expression, while the other was a Witch God with green eyes and red hair, surrounded by the demon energy of seventy-two hues.

The leaders of the two great factions had co in person, determined to take down Hou Yi's Heavenly Court once and for all.

By conquering the Witch God World and combining it with Hou Yi's world, a set of three Small Thousand Worlds could serve as a foundation to form a dium Thousand system. This would, in turn, elevate Emperor Yi's influence within the Yinn Shang System.

"Hou Yi... Great Emperor of Nine Suns, hmm. I, Yi, shall see what makes you so unique."

Emperor Yi extended a finger.

In the void, a five-colored wheel as vast as the stars erged.

The wheel appeared to be both a magic treasure and a spell. As it rotated in one direction, it disintegrated all matter; reversing the rotation, it restored everything anew.

This was the Acquired Five Elents Dao.

With the rank of a Heavenly Immortal, Emperor Yi had essentially beco the embodint of the Five Elents within this world.

Hou Yi surged forward to confront him. The mont they clashed, Emperor Yi realized sothing was amiss—the other party was entirely unaffected by the suppression of his Dao.

Hou Yi had comprehended the Dao Fruit of War, rendering himself immune to any Dao's suppression when on the battlefield. Everything depended solely on Taoist Realm and battle experience.

The overwhelming advantage Emperor Yi and the Witch God had envisioned did not materialize.

Faced with Hou Yi and Yaochi, they could not gain the upper hand in a short period.

Moreover, because they had lost many generals, their own forces were actually at a disadvantage.

"Damn it, Marquis Shen, you shall die without a burial place!"

Emperor Yi could only hope for the dium Thousand Heavenly Court to untangle the entrapnt of these two worlds soon.

Otherwise, they would have to risk everything—relying on his years of accumulated strength, there was a high probability of victory, but it would co at an unbearable cost.

The secret technique initially employed to forcibly entwine the two worlds had been intended to hinder the control of their respective dium Thousand Heavenly Courts, thereby facilitating his conquest of these realms.

Ironically, the very technique now acted as a shackle.

Small Thousand Worlds below could still transition freely, but unexpectedly, Zishou not only suffered defeat but Marquis Shen defected to the enemy and deceived him out of countless treasures.

At this thought, Emperor Yi's rage flared, and his attacks beca even fiercer, nearly overwhelming Hou Yi.

The cosmos itself seed to shatter as countless combatants clashed furiously.

Ultimately, numbers were on Emperor Yi's side, and with the Witch God's ho-field advantage, Hou Yi soon lost his foothold within the Witch God World.

The allied forces infiltrated Hou Yi's Small Thousand World.

The battlefield shifted to this world, causing imnse devastation.

However, the vast expanse of the terrain ensured they could maneuver for so ti yet.

If this world were to fall as well, only surrender or death would remain as options.

Of course, Hou Yi would never surrender.

...

West Zhou World.

Qi Mountain's Palace of the Polestar.

In the Heavenly Emperor's Back Garden, Song Lin sat cross-legged in the void, a golden Eight-Diagram phantom serving as his ditation cushion.

Above the sky, two faintly discernible rivers, one black and one white, one of life and one of death, andered.

This was the Life River and Death River, evolution of the Heavenly Water Dao.

After years of cultivation, the Heavenly Water Dao had reached ninety percent mastery, the Innate Golden Dao surpassed fifty percent, and the Natural Dao also reached ninety percent.

In due ti, the two Daos could attain perfection, perhaps even bearing two additional Tao Golden Pills.

After a long while, Song Lin finished his session and exhaled deeply.

"The road ahead is still long."

Song Lin pondered to himself.

Before coming into contact with these matters, he truly hadn't understood the process.

Typically, breaking the cosmos would allow one to leave a Small Thousand World.

However, the Heavenly Court could likely remain stationary.

Above the Small Thousand Heavenly Court lay the dium Thousand Heavenly Court, which belonged to the dium Thousand World.

Thus, the Small Thousand would remain rooted, while individuals generally ascended on their own.

After ascension, if a Heavenly Court governed the Small Thousand World, one would ascend to that Heavenly Court; if not, they might wander the void or fall into a random dium Thousand World.

As such, breaking the void was not the end; further struggle was inevitable.

"Fortunately, the insights gained from this world are quite rewarding. Even if I can't exchange them for anything back ho, the harvest is satisfactory."

Song Lin reflected.

Concluding his cultivation, he rose and stepped into the outside world.

Mortal World.

A hundred years had passed since West Zhou's unification.

Song Lin had transplanted tangible arrays and institutions from reality, leading to a tenfold population increase over the past century. Humans, demons, and abnormal soldiers coexisted harmoniously. Due to its unique foundation, the West Zhou Heavenly Court was even stronger than the Heavenly Court of reality.

"Alas, everything is but an illusory bubble."

Song Lin sighed.

This era was far too ancient. Coupled with Hou Yi's words left behind after rging with the Nine Yang Stars, this Heavenly Court likely faced an inevitable calamity.

Though he could protect it for a while upon his arrival, safeguarding it for tens or even millions of years seed impossible.

Yet, Song Lin harbored a shred of hope—perhaps so secret techniques might enable the Heavenly Court's preservation.

Unknowingly, he arrived at Haojing.

There, he t Ji Dan. Ji Dan had successfully assud the historical title of Zhou Gong and implented his ritual and music doctrines, laying the foundation for a civilized society.

At that mont, Ji Dan was discussing strategy with senior officials over a sand table. The table depicted a map of Shenzhou alongside diagrams of so array routes.

"The final node has been completed—sixty years of grueling effort indeed."

One of the generals sighed in admiration.

Transforming the topography and terrain had been more arduous than fighting a war.

It had taken two generations—from his father's ti to his own tenure—to finally complete the arrangents.

"You have all worked hard."

When Ji Dan turned his head, he found Song Lin standing there. The officials imdiately rose to their feet and said, "Greetings, Divine Lord."

"No need for formalities."

Song Lin circled the sand table, inspecting the map of Heavenly Circle and Earthly Square.

It marked the locations of the Nine Tripods—the array for raising the Divine Country skyward.

"Is everything ready?" Song Lin inquired.

"Almost. At the next heavenly offering, the Heavenly Court can ascend to the heavens. Utilizing the power of ascension, we can create a passage to Emperor Yi's location."

By then, reinforcents from the Heavenly Court could assist Hou Yi's Heavenly Court.

"Very well, let's prepare to begin."

West Zhou had accumulated a century's worth of resources, including an army of thirty million elite soldiers. Of course, this number seed small compared to the vast cosmos, as the focus lay primarily on high-level combat power.

Hou Yi's Small Thousand World.

Yaochi Holy Land.

Here, thousands of cultivators absorbed the Sun and Moon Essence, and the sky's radiant splendor imbued the place with the semblance of an Immortal Realm.

The war had raged close to a thousand years.

Most cultivators were descendants of the first generation of human soldiers sent to these lands. Hou Yi, understanding the nature of this realm, had even adapted the cultivation techniques of the Queen Mother Heavenly Court to suit its inhabitants.

"Not enough ti. If only we had another thousand years,"

Hou Yi lanted.

The enemy had continuously fought and pillaged, claiming nurous territories.

The current forces could no longer endure the onslaught.

"Hahaha! Where else can you run to now?"

The sky darkened as countless enemies filled the void, with Emperor Yi at their head laughing maniacally.

"All forces, attack!"

Wasting no words, Emperor Yi commanded all cultivators to launch their final assault.

"Fight! Let's not tarnish the dignity bestowed by our master, the Eastern King." Hou Yi's gaze ignited with determination.

Speaking of the Eastern King, it had been tens of thousands of years since they last t, hadn't it?

If the enigmatic master were here, the enemy would never dare to act so brazenly.

Crack!

At that mont, a golden treasure hall burst forth from the void.
