Chapter 857: 843, The Top Person on the Wind and Cloud List (1)

Quan Jingwu’s eyebrows twitched lightly as he suddenly flipped over and pressed her beneath him, catching Jian Qing off guard, causing her to freeze montarily.

As she looked up, two clusters of deep blue flas seed to leap from the man’s eyes, scorching her heart.

Quan Jingwu propped himself up on both sides of her, his thin lips gently biting her earlobe, eliciting an involuntary shiver and a soft moan from her.

“Xiaojing…”

Her delicate voice fell into his ear, making his eyes darken and his deep voice grow slightly hoarse, “Good treasure, don’t think of other n.”

Even if it was their son, it didn’t matter; he was just that domineering towards her.

Jian Qing couldn’t help but laugh and punch him lightly, “That’s our son.”

What man? Clearly, it’s just two little buns.

This jealousy was just too boundless.

“I don’t care.” His husky voice was low and childish.

“You’re more childish than Seventeen and Nineteen,” Jian Qing teased, her pretty face stirring a deep swell in his eyes.

His slender, jade-like hand moved downwards, briskly stripping off her thin nightgown, his movents both practiced and rough.

With a hiss, the sound of tearing fabric rippled through the room.

Jian Qing felt a chill over her body and her eyes, as dark as black gems, were tinged with embarrassnt. Just as she was about to muster resistance, her hands were bound by the man’s large hands.

“Quan Jingwu, you’re breaking the rules; you said just last night that you wouldn’t bother

today.” Recalling how he had tornted her to the point her waist nearly broke, Jian Qing’s scalp tingled.

“Did I?” Quan Jingwu smiled wryly, his clear and bright cold eyes shining alarmingly, “I don’t seem to rember that.”

“…”

Quan Jingwu, the big liar.

She used her cunning strength to break free from his grip and got up to run, but a large hand from behind pulled her back.

After a dizzying whirl, Jian Qing found herself pressed back onto the bed, looking up into the man’s deep purple eyes, her lips pouting, “Quan Jingwu, you…”

“Mm—”

The words she was about to say were blocked by the man’s cool lips.

Eye to eye, a successful smirk crossed the man’s gaze. Jian Qing glared at him irritably but ended up being kissed into utter disarray.

A long night ensued, full of tantalizing spring beauty.

After spending a few days in F Country, the couple’s next stop was M Country.

In the early morning, as the mist cleared, the beautiful dawn was intoxicating.

In the dim room, the man’s profile as he slept was as handso as a deity, less cold and more gentle.

Suddenly, his tightly closed eyes opened, revealing enchanting purple that glowed with bewitching colors.

Quan Jingwu reflexively looked beside him. The person who should have been lying in his arms was nowhere to be seen. He frowned and abruptly sat up.

“Good treasure!”

He scanned the room and couldn’t find his wife’s figure. Then his gaze was drawn to a sticky note on the nightstand.

He reached out to grab the sticky note, recognizing the sharp, elegant handwriting he knew all too well.

– Xiaojing, I’m waiting for you at YA.

A smile spread across Quan Jingwu’s face, and his deep red lips let out a low chuckle. He put down the sticky note and got out of bed.

Pulling open the curtains, the warm golden light poured in, casting a mottled pattern of light and shadow across the floor.

Quan Jingwu grabbed his phone and made a call, his purple eyes watching the bustling traffic through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the corners of his lips curving into a barely-there smile.

It rang several tis on the other end before finally being answered.

“Xiaojing, awake?” the woman’s crisp voice ca through.

Quan Jingwu humd a response, asking warmly, “Have you had breakfast?”

Hearing this, Jian Qing’s face broke into a shallow smile on the other end of the phone, “I have.”

“What made you think of running off to YA University?” Quan Jingwu asked.

“To flirt with the junior boys,” she said with a laugh.

Quan Jingwu’s purple eyes narrowed dangerously, “Naughty treasure, seems like you weren’t tired at all last night, hm?”

The nerve, still daring to flirt with junior boys.

Hmph, for every one she flirts with, he’ll squash one.

“Um, I just saw a few really handso young guys, do you want to co over and check them out?” Jian Qing challenged without fear.

“Wife, just you wait for .” Dropping that line, Quan Jingwu hung up the phone, threw down his mobile, and strode towards the bathroom.

Handso young guys?

Heh, he wanted to see who could be more handso than him.

It was the first ti Jian Qing had been hung up on, but she didn’t get angry; instead, she laughed, put away her phone, looked up at YA University not far away, and slowly walked in.

It had been a long ti since her last visit, and she did feel a bit nostalgic.

YA University was practically the top aristocratic institution in M Country, where you would find either children from powerful aristocratic families or heirs to conglorates within M Country, truly a place with hidden dragons and crouching tigers.

Black Jack and the others had also studied at this school with her, and although they didn’t co to campus often, they had spent several years there and had ford so attachnt to it.

Jian Qing wore a white shirt and jeans, a refreshing look that was quite conspicuous among the group of students in uniform at YA University.

Even though she wore a duck-billed cap, it couldn’t hide her stunning beauty.

The sunlight scattered like broken gold on her, and as Jian Qing walked under the shade of the trees, the breeze brushed through the branches, with flower petals floating in the air and falling sparsely on her shoulders.

“That person looks really familiar.”

“Such a beautiful girl, when did YA get soone like her?”

The passersby who saw Jian Qing began to whisper among themselves, with curious gazes increasingly gathering on her.

Feeling the onlookers’ curious stares, Jian Qing maintained a calm deanor, and marched past the crowd towards the library.

As her figure gradually disappeared from sight, an exclamation erupted from the crowd, tinged with excitent.

“I rember now, the person ranked first on the YA Prestige List, Jian Qing.”

No sooner had the words fallen than the crowd exploded.

Jian Qing?

Could it be the Jian Qing from M Country’s Jian Family?

The unbreakable legend of YA, perennially seated at the top of the YA Prestige List, the elusive Jian Qing of the rumors?

Everyone was stunned, and the next second, all of them sward in the direction Jian Qing had gone.

Even in the morning, the library wasn’t short of visitors; Jian Qing took out a book and found a spot by the window to sit down.

The sunlight filtering through the glass window cast a soft halo on her side profile, rendering her exquisite face almost ethereal.

Unknowingly, the library’s crowd swelled, and countless gazes kept shifting to Jian Qing.

Unperturbed by the covert stares, Jian Qing continued to read her book with an indifferent expression, lowering the cap on her head with her hand to block their inquisitive looks.

“Jian Senior Sister, may I sit here?”

The man’s cheerful voice rose from across the table, but Jian Qing, engrossed in her book, replied without lifting her head, “Sorry, I don’t like to share a table with others.”

“Jian Senior Sister, I’ve always admired you; I have so questions about business I hope you could help

with,” the man persisted.
