The battlefield was now full of smoke and the corpses of the direwolves were littered all over the entrance to the village.
Becca joins them back as the two generals step forward, they looked much more ferocious then the direwolves.
One had a red fur which covered its body while the other had a navy blue colored fur. Both of them locked their targets as the group was split into two more groups.
Xior, Becca and Acheron engaged with the red one. As it jumped towards them it shot out a fireball from its mouth towards them.
Becca swung her sword and an arc of ice intercepted the fireball and the ice dissolved into water with a hiss as its attack stopped.
It stopped and looked at them, despite the state it was in, it had higher intelligence than the direwolves which ran towards their deaths without any issue.
It howled and its fur started to burn as it coated itself in a layer of fire. This ant anyone who got close to it would get burned.
It did that after it saw the weapons in Xior and Becca’s hands. From Acheron’s hand a chain of blood ca out and wrapped around its body.
If they couldn’t get near it to hurt it with their weapons then Acheron could disrupt his defense chanism easily.
Spikes ca out of the chain suddenly and pierced the general, it jumped backwards and Acheron was pulled towards it but then she pressed hard on the ground, her feet dug into it and she matched it in strength.
She pulled back and the chain cut through its body before coming back to her, it winced in pain as the fire cauterized the wounds.
It ran towards them and shot multiple fireballs towards them, Xior just punched through the one which ca towards him while Becca and Acheron dodged.
It sensed that Becca was the weakest one out of the three and lunged at her as it tried to claw her and rip her to shreds.
Xior and Acheron both covered Becca. Acheron pulled her back with a blood hand while Xior tanked and blocked the claw strike.
This gave her enough ti to activate her skill and cut through its thick hide and sever one of its legs with precision.
It bellowed in pain and staggered, it lost its balance as Acheron impaled it with a huge blood spike from the side.
It fell down and writhed as it tried to get up and fight, but Xior grabbed onto its head and pulled it apart, its spine slithered along the head as he threw it away.
One of the generals was dealt with, one more was left before the Alpha.

Beatrice grabbed onto the second general’s claw and pushed it back, Alice jumped from the side and used her spear to send arcs of wind which cut through its thick hide.
Unlike the other general, this one covered itself with ice armor, thick and which made Beatrice weak.
For so reason direct contact with ice always weakened her. She shuddered and then shot fire arrows at the general but its armor tanked them like they were nothing.
eka prayed as she stood behind them, a white light engulfed both of them as Alice hit the incoming ice spike with her spear.
It shattered on impact but gave enough ti for Beatrice to charge up a huge attack, the fire was so intense from eka’s buff that it lted the ice armor.
The attack left burn scars all over its body but it didn’t back down, it howled and a dozen ice spikes were shot towards eka but to its unluck, eka wore an artifact which protected against elental attacks.
The ice spikes shattered on contact as an invisible shield ford around her. Beatrice shot more fire bullets and Alice gave them a boost with her wind bullets.
It hit the general and made it wail in pain as the fire ate away its insides and the wind cut everything.
The strength in its body vanished and it fell down on the ground dead. Now the Alpha was left. It looked at the generals with disgust and slowly walked towards them.
The group got back together and looked at the Alpha who approached them. It was taller than both of the generals, three horns ca out of its head and it had pitch black fur with two big red scars on the side.
But before the group could do anything they felt an imnse pressure weigh them down, was it a skill of the Alpha? Probably, but it made it difficult for them to move their body.
It clawed in the air and the whole world felt as if it would crumble.
A huge torrent of black fire shot out of its claw and hit the group, the pressure on top of this threw them back.
Xior is hurled into a tree while the others fall not too far away, it raises its claws again to finish them but it’s blocked by soone.
The old man from the village now stood straight, and blocked its attack. Then a pressure erupted from his body and flas which matched the Alpha’s flas jumped from his arm onto the Alpha’s body.
The Alpha jumped back as it sensed danger, but the man was simply too fast. He kicked its face and the side of its face vanished as if it never existed.
In rage and anger the Alpha tried to hit him but he dodged every single ti and attacked it with his bare fists, he didn’t even have to use the fire he showed.
It howled loudly, the clouds gathered in the sky, it felt as if there was an impending thunderstorm.
He didn’t let it complete the spell and grabbed the sides of its face and burnt it with his fire, its screams filled the entire area and brought back the unconscious mbers.
