TILLY was relieved when she arrived at the right ti.
She could tell that Luna was about to stop deactivating the ancient magic circle to support Noel Sherwood’s barrier.
To be fair, the witch made the right choice.
But now that Tilly was here, Luna didn’t have to give up on deactivating the ancient magic circle.
[After all, I’m here to protect them.]
Especially not at the hands of her evil mother-in-law.
"It’s been a while, Mother," Tilly greeted Yumi, the White Snake, with a growl. "Do you even recognize ?"
Although Tilly was suspended in the air, she could see her mother-in-law clearly.
Hence, she could also tell that Yumi’s eyes were strange– they were out of focus.
[And she’s using demonic power.]

[Even the White Snake has turned into a demon?]
"Supre, did the White Snake just turn into a demon?" Wong asked. Obviously, he ca up with the sa conclusion as hers. "I can’t believe they have managed to hide their demonic power from us all this ti."
"Is it safe to assu that the entire White Snake Clan has been turned into demons?" Kelsi asked while looking at the black snakes that were throwing themselves at Noel Sherwood’s barrier. The black snakes would explode every ti they hit the barrier, hence creating a crack in the shield because of the powerful explosion. "Now I know why they’ve been hiding all this ti."
What Kelsi said was plausible.
But there was only one way to find the truth.
"Wong, Kelsi, support ," Tilly said while flying down. "We’re going to catch the White Snake alive."
As expected, Wong and Kelsi answered at the sa ti. "As you command, Supre."

Luna was surprised when Roarke Sinclair and Jason Crawford knelt on the ground and pressed their hands on the ancient magic circle.
Oh.
[They’re helping deactivate it.]
"We’re also mages, so we can help you deactivate this fucking ancient magic circle, Miss Luna," Jason Crawford said, his mouth still as foul as ever. "The Supre asked us to lend you our power."
"Thank you for working hard on your own, Mother," Roarke Sinclair said shyly. How could he act embarrassed after calling Luna his mother? "We’re here to help you, so you may decrease the amount of Mana you’re sending to the ancient magic circle. And you also don’t have to worry about Noel Sherwood."
Luna glanced at Noel Sherwood.
She was wondering why the barrier around them suddenly beca stronger.
Maddox and Braxton Atkinson– the twin Keepers– were helping Noel Sherwood with the barrier to keep them safe.
Earlier, when she looked up, Wong and Kelsi were there for Tilly.
[The Supre and the Keepers really changed the ga now that they’re here.]
"I don’t see the Black Serpent and the children, though," Luna wondered out loud. "Did they not co with the Supre?"
"They headed to the palace, Mother," Roarke Sinclair answered. "They felt Aku Moonchester and the Moon God’s aura there."
Hmm?
She suddenly felt a chill down her spine.
"Oh, no," Luna said, gulping down. "I sent the other captains there, and Lord Solaris accompanied them..."

Solaris smiled bitterly as blood trickled down the side of his mouth.
As the Fire Archmage, he knew how important his role was to the Fire Mages. Hence, to protect himself from any harm, he made sure to cover his heart with a thick layer of barrier.
And it wasn’t like he left his back open when he blocked Aku Moonchester’s Hellfire.
He was pretty sure that he created a barrier to make sure he wouldn’t be attacked.
But, alas, it didn’t work on the Moon God.
Not only did Kyro manage to break his barrier– the Moon God also ripped Solaris’ heart out of his chest so easily.
[I see– a god is still a god no matter how evil they are.]
"Lord Solaris!"
"Don’t," Solaris said weakly, pushing Mikhail Denver away with his Mana so the captain wouldn’t make the mistake of attacking the Moon God. "Go and save yourself, Captain."
It was too late to save him anyway.
"You did well protecting your heart, but you know it won’t work on a god like ," Kyro said indifferently, then he crushed Solaris’ heart– along with its Core– with his bare hand. "Goodbye, Solaris. I’ll make sure you’ll be the last Fire Archmage of your useless clan."
Pfft.
Solaris laughed because, at that mont, Lord Julian’s face suddenly entered his mind. "You’re wrong, Moon God," he said. "I won’t be the last Fire Archmage in the world."
His daughter, Solenn, was his heir.
But, for so reason, he suddenly got the vision of Lord Julian becoming the new Fire Archmage.
[I’m sorry, Solenn. But it seems like I cannot pass you my title.]
Ah, his daughter.
His poor little baby.
[I wish I had the chance to say goodbye to you, my precious daughter.]
"Well, the end of the human world is coming," Kyro said, pulling his hand out of Solaris’ chest. "Even if a new Fire Archmage appears, it won’t change a thing."
Solaris was brought down to his knees as soon as Kyro pulled his hand out of his chest.
His senses numbed right away.
Hence, he couldn’t hear or see Mikhail Denver properly. He could tell that the captain was calling his na, though.
"I told you to run," Solaris said weakly. "Just leave here..."
"My son, how could I leave you here?"
Huh?
Solaris gathered the remaining strength in his body to look up, and then he smiled when he saw the face that he wanted to see one last ti. "Father."

[NO, NO, no! This can’t be happening!]
Solenn, who was in the middle of fighting the deity that possessed Stella, suddenly stopped when she felt his father’s fla and Mana entering her body.
The Fire Archmage’s power could only be transferred to his successor if...
If...
"No," Solenn cried, falling down to her knees while clutching her chest tight. "Father, please don’t leave ..."
