Shirahoshi's aura started changing. Her power started awakening. Nothing major changes but you can see a trident mark on her forehead, glowing with a blue color. Unknown to her the sea kings felt her power and they are gathering outside the Fishman island.
"The sovereign is awakened," one of the oldest sea kings said
"Will the promise be fulfilled in her ti?"
"If she awakens, Joy Boy is already here" They keep chatting
Shirahoshi opened her eyes and tried to feel any changes in her body
"Brother Neo, what now? I don't feel anything" she ask nervously
"Don't worry. You already awaken your power. Look at the mirror" She looks around to see if there are any mirrors in this room. When she saw a mirror, she rushed and took a look
"Wow! I have a tattoo like Sister Nami hehehe" Shirahoshi

"Don't be scared. This is wtwo, Palkia, and Kyogre. These will be your guardians on the surface. wtwo will guard the island and Kyogre will guard the sea below you. As for Palkia, he will guard the royal family. You can communicate with them but you can't harass them. They will only answer to the king and Shirahoshi. These three have combat power almost comparable to the emperor's" Neo explains to them

Out of nowhere, a massive Island spawned next to the Sabaody Archipelago, but the island that appeared out of nowhere started sinking. Even with baubles surrounding the island, it's not enough to hold this kind of weight. Neo use his wood stile to control the roots of the mangroves and bind them using their roots.
After stabilizing for a mont the circular baubles that surround this island pop up. The Fishman people covered their eyes because it suddenly beca so bright. After getting their eyes used to the brightness, they started looking around. Amazed by the big trees that surround the islands
"Welco to the surface. I will ask the marine to send n here to construct your new kingdom. For temporary, use your old ones for the mont. You can start interacting with the locals" When Neo said this, the Fishman imdiately sprung and started roaming the place. Only the royal family and Shyarly are left with .
"wtwo, you will guard this island. With your psychic power, you can detect if soone has ill intent. Kyogre, you will reside in the ocean, and attack anything that you feel is a threat. As for you Palkia, you make sure that the royal family is not hard. You will answer only to King Neptune and Shirahoshi, no one can command you beside them okay? Now go" Neo looks at the three legendary Pokemon and commands them
